De kamer was donker. En geen afzuiging bij de douche.

Loved the look of the hotel, the rooms were super pretty and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and always available. When we first for into the room there was ambiance spa music on and it also SMELLED like a spa which was so nice to walk into right after our flight. I've honestly been recommending this hotel to everyone else I ran into during my stay in Medellin because its also in prime location of stores, restaurants and even tour pickup spots.
I have nothing negative to say. When you check in the hotel only charges you the first night because they say if the street noise bothers you, that you can cancel your other nights, but my bf and I did not hear any noise in our room.
The staff there especially Matteo and Sebastian made sure I was fully comfortable with my stay. I appreciated their help and hospitality to make sure I was fully comfortable. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Tout etait formidable. Le quartier l'emplacement et surtout l'hôtel etait au top. Super deco, tout est propre et toutes les commodités. J'ai voyage partout dans le monde et je mets cet hôtel au top par rapport au prix. Meme la communication avec le staff etait excellente, le Wi-Fi aussi... bravo vous je reviendrai et je conseillerai ça à mes amis...

Some people complained that its loud due its location. It is loud, but the hotel provides earplugs and even a noise machine if needed. With the earplugs, we didn't have an issue.

Molto rumoroso essendo in una strada piena di locali.
- posizione sembrava eccellente, peccato che al check-in il personale ci abbia detto che la zona era molto rumorosa e quindi chiesto di pagare solamente una notte per valutare le successive (avevamo 3 notti).
- beh.. il personale. Non si può invitare il cliente a non rimanere. Il rumore non era poi così eccessivo e quindi il terrorismo psicologico fatto al check-in non è stato apprezzato (visto che ho poi dovuto cambiare albergo inutilmente)
- colazione non inclusa e molto cara se inserita in prenotazione
- camere stilose ma anguste
Location on quiet carless street, great pizza restaurant across street. Nice rooftop views, didn't use sauna or hot tub.
Only one cup of coffee was offered at Breakfast! When we asked for another was charged. That's outrageous, cheap and punitive. Booked hotel with Breakfast which should include more than 1 cup of coffee. Like every other hotel in world. Another day, asked if I could substitute a 2nd cup of coffee instead of juice. Was told yes, then some other woman argued no you can't! Very petty, cheap and nasty! Don't like to start my day with nasty! Also paid for 1 night when we arrived, the 2nd day returned to room and was locked out! Went to desk who said you must pay remainder of bill to have key reenacted. Staff never told us that and were not very nice or helpful for the most part. Would not recommend this hotel!
