Como ponto de melhoria crucial, destaco a questão da acessibilidade. Viajamos com uma idosa e, apesar do pedido prévio, pegamos um quarto com três lances de escadas. Vimos que havia opções livres no andar do elevador, mas infelizmente não nos mudaram de quarto. Um gesto simples de empatia que teria feito toda a diferença. Apesar desse problema na chegada, o restante da estadia atendeu às nossas expectativas
