Pros:

As áreas em comum são sensacionais! Todas!

Cons:

O quarto não acompanha o resto. Deixou a desejar. Principalmente a cama e o chuveiro/banheira.

Pros:

The accommodation is in a great location, the staff is charming and attentive to every request. Breakfast is very rich and varied. Excellent dinners for every guest staying. Professional chef and charming wine sommelier with a wealth of professional knowledge. We will definitely be back.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Herausragendes Personal (alle!), das nur "ja" als Antwort kennt! Herausragendes Frühstück! Sehr schöner SPA-Bereich. Alles sehr, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Noch besser wäre höchstens Lage direkt an der Piste, ein Upgrade beim Zimmer, ein Tisch mit Blick, kinderfreie Zeiten im Schwimmbad und einfache Bedienung der Duschen im Pool-Spa-Bereich gewesen. Es wird dort viel kalt geduscht ;)
"Nicht gefallen" geht aber anders!

Perfektes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und top Essen! Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wohl!

Cons:

Viele Gäste kommen in Skikleidern zum Frühstück. Das passt nicht zur Klasse des Hotels. Dies liegt jedoch nicht am Hotel, sondern am Anstand der Gäste…

Cudowny wypoczynek z doskonałą obsługą hotelową.
Pros:

Wspaniała obsługa (pozdrawiamy przesympatycznych profesjonalnych kelnerów Luka i Martin😊), wyśmienite jedzenie, super spa. Hotel z wszelkimi udogodnieniami zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi. Dojście do stoków zajmuje 3 minuty - traktowaliśmy to jako rozgrzewkę przed nartami. Gorąco polecamy 👍🏻

Pros:

Beautifully appointed hotel furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Pool and leisure area top quality. Food varied and delicious with delightful restaurant staff. We were made to feel valued and at home from first to last.
For skiers, the ski and boot rooms were very classy and the hotel's partnership with the local ski shop - Lohmann's - which delivered you and your skis to and from the hotel was an added touch if quality. Virtually ski in ski out.
Highly recommended.
