Pros:

online booking actually we thought AC room but inperson gone there, then hotel receptionist informed only non ac booked, hence extra charges taken from us. it was our mistake. online not seen type of room. so infuture please provide information in the app. for easy understanding while booking. thank you..

I did not get any room
Cons:

I didnt stay at this place. My travel got delayed and instead of reaching by 9 PM, I could reach only by 2 AM. I messaged to hotel through booking.com around 5 PM itself to inform about my late arrival. Hotel manager said, he didnt get any message. No rooms were available and I had to search for another hotel at 2:30 AM. before 8 PM I also tried to call and inform them through the contact number given by booking.com. That contact number was incorrect. I also tried calling through landline mentioned in google. That was also a disconnected line. Very bad experience. I never faced such issues in my past bookings through booking.com
