Great stay, would definitely do it again.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful it has a great pool well designed rooms with a really nice bathroom. The room we rented had a wrap around balcony with a view of the ocean and the street. Lots of people out very early walking and jogging before the heat comes. The hotel is in walking distance to the downtown area, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how fast you walk. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. As an example: we had an early flight out before the restaurant opened and weren’t able to eat breakfast. They made accommodations to make our preferred breakfast before time so that we could have our coffee and breakfast and make our flight on time. We were the only ones in the restaurant with a waitress. That’s what I call accommodating with personal treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. It’s definitely worth it.

Cons:

Really nothing even the bed was really comfortable. Maybe a little better price. But then again they were really accommodating. Nothing is free.

Una excelente opción para descansar después de una larga travesía
Pros:

Entre los mayores atributos del hotel esta el restaurante, la atención y la calidad de los alimentos hablan por si solos. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la Host del restaurante siempre muy atenta y prestar a servir.

Cons:

En realidad fue una buena experiencia, sin embargo, considero que los precios son un poco elevados.

1. El personal de los servicios del restaurante salvan absolutamente todo. Muy amables y pendientes de todo.
2. El hotel es muy acogedor y limpio. He tenido la oportunidad de estar en otros hoteles en Rioacha y este de lejos es el mejor

Cons:

1. La Sra. de la recepción el domingo en la mañana junto con la Sra. de la limpieza nos querían cobrar unas sabanas que estaban manchadas desde que llegamos. El sr de la tarde nos confirmó que esas sabanas ya estaban manchadas. Nos pareció deshonesto el tema.
2. El hotel dice en su publicidad con acceso a playa, y aunque al frente tienes mar no es una zona ni playa para bañistas. Lo consideramos publicidad engañosa.
