The staff were respectful.
• The room was very noisy until late at night due to a party at the hotel’s other restaurant/bar, with extremely loud music that made it difficult to rest.
• The spa was much smaller than expected compared to most spas, with only a very small pool.
• The spa day access does not include any massage, and the description of the “Spa Day Pass” is confusing and misleading.
• The room itself was nothing special, and the room rate does not reflect the level of comfort or the services provided.
Dieses Wellness-Spa-Hotel ist eine echte Wohlfühloase. Hochwertige Ausstattung (Zimmer, Restaurant, Frühstück) erstklassige Spa-Anwendungen und ein Service auf sehr hohem Niveau. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Wir haben jede Minute genossen.

Tolle Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant.
Komfortable Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten.
Die Lichtverhältnisse im Badezimmer, und die Parksituation, wobei wir persönlich jetzt immer einen Parkplatz finden konnten. Das war aber am Sonntag pures Glück.
Zimmer wunderschön ausgestattet. Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas da. Konnten gar nicht alles durchprobieren. Das essen im Gasthaus Hirschen war sensationell.
Alles so wie man es sich Wünscht.
Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.
Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal im Hotel Hirschen. Es ist hier wunderbar, um eine kleine Auszeit zu geniessen und sich optimal zu erholen😊
