Luxury with a twist
Pros:

Luxury boutique hotel facing small harbour in tiny village on south coast of the island. XL rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views over the sea. Minimalist Scandinavia-like interior designed common areas and rooms. Very tastefully decorated. The balconies facing the sea is are a big plus. The breakfast offers a large variety of local plates. Delicious! The staff is friendly and professional. Small beach and local tavernas at walking distance, but you need a car to go around.

Cons:

The rooms facing the sea also face the terrace of the restaurant. You may be unlucky if you go to sleep while a group of friends are having a party.
We booked -as always- through booking.com, but realised that the same room -with equal conditions - was €125 cheaper when booking direct with hotel.

Pros:

Muss ich lange überlegen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer waren hell und modern.

Cons:

Rein auf den Preis bezogen, haben uns einige Dinge nicht gefallen. Angefangen beim Frühstück, dass nahezu identisch 4 Tage hintereinander das selbe (nicht das gleiche) war! Z.B Croissants wurden mehrere Tage lang einfach erneut in die Auslage gelegt und waren dementsprechend "hart und ausgetrocknet". Bei 5 Sternen ist das doch ein NOGO! Ansonsten sah es zwar gut aus, war aber im großen und ganzen einfach nur ein Süßigkeiten-Paradies. Der Pool war auf der Dachterrasse das kann man ja vllt. in einer Großstadt erwarten, nicht aber bei einem Hotel, dass direkt am Wasser gebaut ist. Das hat uns dazu bewogen nicht mehr den mühseligen Weg (nach langen Tagen außerhalb des Hotels) nach oben zu wagen. Die Zimmer – naja. Ganz okay, aber die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und haben nach 3 Nächten zu Rückenschmerzen geführt. Weiterhin viele kleine Details, wo man einfach den Kopf schüttelt.. Im Badezimmer sitzt zwischen Toilette und Dusche eine Trennwand, die nur 50cm breit ist. Duscht man, spritzt es überall hin und das ganze Bad wird nass. Das Licht im Badezimmer erhellt nicht das Gesicht im Spiegel, sondern scheint hart von oben auf den Kopf. Ein Leerrohr ohne Kabel oberhalb des Spiegels schaut heraus..
Ach ja.. das Zimmerupgrade, das wir scheinbar hatten, bot uns einen Whirlpool im Zimmer. Eigentlich cool. Doch es wirkte sehr künstlich und komplett fehl am Platz. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt.
Nachts hab ich versucht das Licht auf dem Balkon auszuschalten. Ohne Schalter ging das aber nicht. Dafür gabe es 4 Schalter, mit denen nichts bedient werden konnte. Eine Sonnen-Jalousie sollte es glaube ich mal geben – Vorkehrungen sind am Fenster zum Balkon getroffen. Doch vorhanden war keine.. Das Licht, das uns Nachts störte, war am Ende (mindestens) 4 Tage und 4 Nächte an. Über die ganze Hausfassade. Darum versuchten wir die Verhänge zuzuziehen.. was zu 97% gelang.. wie unnötig ist denn bitte so etwas..

Gorgeous waterfront property with a beautiful dinning area by the water and large pool overlooking the water. Very comfortable, large new rooms. Excellent service with amazing staff ready to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

What an incredible stay! The facilities were great, it was clean and the pool area was stunning. But what really stood out for us was how attentive the staff were. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We have never experienced service like this, it was brilliant. Staying at Natura Boutique Hotel made us falling in love with Skopelos
Pros:

Natura hotel in Loutraki (Skopelos island) was an amazing surprise (as we booked it 1 week before) which turned out holiday into a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and the rooms are nice, as well as the roof pool (which compared to others is bigger) is nice. Breakfast was simply amazing. Sweet and salty dishes were all delicious as well as fresh juices and coffees. However, what made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were all super nice, always smiling and available to help and accommodate our requests (including change room so to have a balcony room and booking restaurants and beach clubs). To make things even nicer, there was Taki, the red cat mascot of the hotel, who hardly left us going before having enjoyed a good time of cuddles.
Loutraki is just a very small fishers village, but Natura hotel makes it an amazing place where relaxing and living the true Greek islands life. I strongly recommend when staying in Skopelos to live the island by staying at Natura.
Finally, Natura is connected with Parraiso, a nice beach club, so it is an additional feature to count on.

Cons:

I enjoyed so much my time in the hotel (especially in the early morning) that I can hardly think of anything I did not like.
