Mon séjour à l'hôtel Villa Valaska a été très décevant. Bien que j'aie payé deux fois le prix d'une chambre standard pour bénéficier d'un standing supérieur, les prestations sont identiques à celles de l'autre partie de l'hôtel. L'accès au spa est le même pour tous, et le petit-déjeuner n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix facturé.
​Le point le plus grave reste la qualité de l'eau : celle-ci était verdâtre et totalement impropre à la consommation.
​J'ai sollicité une remise auprès de l'établissement pour compenser ces désagréments, mais, après deux mois d'attente et deux relances, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. De même, Booking, malgré mes 15 ans de fidélité, reste totalement silencieux face à ma réclamation.
​Dépenser 420 € pour deux nuits et constater un tel manque de professionnalisme est inadmissible. Face à cette absence de considération, je songe sérieusement à clôturer mon compte. »

Location, the suite's layout, the bed and the pool

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. For a 4 star luxury spa (200€ per night), the breakfast was by far the worst ever in our life as travellers. The buffet looked disgusting. The omelette (to be paid extra) was alright but everything else was just not inviting. My wife had only some fruit.

Beautiful spa with various possible facilities surrounded by pure nature.
Pros:

Nice location with good parking facilities, beautiful walking distance to the centre of the Spa Luhacovice, lovely nature.

Cons:

Function of WiFi and air-conditioning but both fixed immediately on request. Not an easy road from Brno to Luhacovice, one has to really watch out.
