Ein absoluter Herzensort in den Bergen! Schon live beim Ankommen an der Rezeption mit Bea beginnt das Wohlfühl-Erlebnis: herzlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich sympathisch – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Rosis Gastfreundschaft ist einzigartig und authentisch – warm, persönlich und ehrlich. Hier wird Gastlichkeit wirklich gelebt.
Die Bergkulisse rund um Kitzbühel ist einfach traumhaft und sorgt sofort für Entschleunigung und Ruhe.

Die Zimmer sind wunderbar gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt zum Abschalten nach einem Tag in den Bergen – man schläft herrlich ruhig und fühlt sich sofort zuhause.

Und das Essen ist ein echtes Highlight: regionale Küche auf Top-Niveau, mit viel Herz gekocht, hervorragend abgeschmeckt und einfach nur zum Genießen.

✨ Fazit: Ein Ort mit Seele – geprägt von tollen Menschen, großartiger Küche, gemütlichen Zimmern und dieser besonderen alpinen Atmosphäre.

Pros:

The location is spectacular, but virtually impossible to reach without a car. Taxis are expensive.
The owner and hostess is legendary, ever-present and charming.

Cons:

At weekends, it is a social hub for an odd assortment of wealthy guests (Dom Pérignon at seventeen thousand Euros pretty much sums it up) who are keen to spoil the mountain scenery with as much noise as possible by revving Harleys and cranking up the beat box till late at night.

Incredible view of Kitzbuhel Alps, quaint environment, friendly staff, comfortable room
Pros:

The view! Breathtaking Alps. The property is so quaint and has such character it is like a storybook. Rosi is a sweetheart and got us blankets for sitting outside. The staff was incredible and spoke English and were very friendly. Dinner and breakfast (included) were delicious! We appreciated such genuine and caring hospitality!

Cons:

I would say just a heads up when we checked in that there were going to be huge parties while we were there and we would not be able to eat there on those nights (so we could make other plans/eat in town). Other than that, everything was great!

Great location.

Cons:

I indicated when booking that I needed gluten free food, still they couldn't provide gluten free bread for breakfast.
Check the bill twice at the restaurant! I was overcharged two evenings.
