Bien pour une nuit et c’est tout

La chambre est grande et la literie confortable malgré que le mobilier est un peu fatigué.

For a solo traveler it’s not ideal to stay there

Pros:

Very well positioned, clean and good value for money. Spacious accommodation with a good view over the port. Room is silent despite traffic below, as it's high up.

Cons:

No hot water and hard bed. Room isn't cleaned by default. Receptionist almost always not there and you need to have a local card or at least connection to get a hold of him. Poor soundproofing means your neighbors will likely wake you up at 3 AM blasting Indian music (2 out of 3 nights for me).

Pros:

This was a simple place that met my needs. I enjoyed the spaciousness and no frills.

Cons:

It took a long time to cool the room down (was there in January). The location was alright but was recommended by others not to walk alone at night for mild safety issues. I did on occasion and did not have any issues. Neighborhood is interesting but not super clean. There were little ants everywhere (though that is common in this area).
