Good place for a budget traveller
Pros:

Location id close to Caudal Waterfront and Central market. Size of room was big Grear ventilation. Bed and pillows were soft. Overall very clean

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. My room was spacious. The air conditioning worked very well, which was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to reach all the main attractions within a short walk. I was also able to check in earlier than expected, which was very convenient. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

perfect stay for a business trip to Port Louis
Pros:

This was my second stay at Kirin Guesthouse and it was just as good as the last time. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and it is in the perfect location in China Town. It is within easy walking distance of the commercial district of Port Louise, the market, the water front and of course, amazing Chinese restaurants.

Zero Cleanliness
Pros:

Cons:

The condition of the room, it's was old and was not properly clean, windows and tapes were dirty and there were no cleaners. We stayed 5 nights, and the room was only cleaned once after we had requested that service. There is no one taking care of the reception area, which makes it difficult to get service at the time one need it.

Great for a quick stop over as a tourist to see some of the main parts of the capital
Pros:

Huge room. Very practical with qr codes for WiFi etc. Short walk to the central market and craft market etc. Clean. Mr Mihary was very helpful.

Bit run down. Aspects of the room not properly maintained.
The advertised choice of places to eat was false.

Cons:

There wasn't even water to drink. Even if we were ready to pay, the hotel doesn't have water bottles. The staff wasn't even trying to help. This is in China town. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
