Great place to stay if you find yourself in Bucaramanga!
Pros:

Just stayed one night but it was fabulous - a warm welcome from Yadira really made us feel at home. Clean comfortable room and great breakfast. Beautiful roof terrace great for relaxing in the cooler evening. Located in an area full of restaurants and bars near to a lovely park. A short taxi ride to the bus station. Highly recommend!

La chambre, fonctionnelle et confortable
Le calme, le silence la nuit

Cons:

Davantage de chaleur humaine à l’arrivée pourrait être chouette, personne pour recevoir les clés à notre départ
La communication était manquante, on m’a demandé de faire un deposito (une avance) mais je n’ai jamais eu de confirmation de sa bonne réception

El personal súper amable, dispuesto a ayudar y guiarnos un poco sobre los alrededores y lo que les preguntamos lo respon

Cons:

Nos tocó una cama un poco incómoda y creo que estaba rota en alguna parte pero no le dije nada al personal, es una falla mía.

El servicio es excelente. Yadira y Diana son súper amables. Me levantaron el ánimo. El desayuno delicioso. El ambiente es muy agradable. La terraza es fresca y un lugar chévere para conversar, trabajar y pasar el tiempo.
