Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione comoda e le stanze sono ben strutturate ed allestite. Lo staff al momento del check-in ci ha accolto gentilmente e ci ha aiutato ad avere le informazioni delle quali avevamo bisogno.

Cons:

Per i miei gusti il materasso era decisamente troppo morbido come anche il cuscino.
Rispetto allo standard ed il prezzo della struttura dalla colazione mi sarei aspettato più varietà di scelta e qualità dei prodotti offerti.
Visto il costo della stanza 16 €/giorno per il parcheggio, che al mio arrivo era giè esaurito, mi sembrano un po' eccessivi.

Pros:

Schöne Anlage mit Schwächen im Service und beim Abendessen

Die Pool- und Saunabereiche im Hotel sind sehr schön gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Frühstück war absolut ausgezeichnet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben:

Cons:

Service & Sprache: Es gab kaum deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Sogar der Restaurantleiter sprach kein Deutsch, was die Kommunikation erschwert hat.

Zimmer: Unser Doppelbett bestand aus zwei einzelnen Matratzen. Auf unsere Bitte nach einem gemeinsamen Leintuch (oder zumindest einer gemeinsamen Unterlage) wurde vom Personal leider überhaupt nicht eingegangen.

Abendessen: Beim Abendessen gab es leider keine Blattsalate, und einige Speisen waren nicht warm genug.

Zusatzkosten: Die Tiefgarage ist mit 16 Euro pro Nacht sehr teuer und wurde bei der Buchung vorab nicht extra als kostenpflichtig angegeben.

Insgesamt eine schöne Hardware, aber beim Service, der Kommunikation und dem Abendessen gibt es noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.
