Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht und bezahlt, haben aber ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz im Hinterhof erhalten. Da das Hotel voll ausgebucht war, mussten wir in diesem ansonsten schönen Zimmer bleiben. Es gab keinerlei Entschädigung.

Die Sauberkeit im Spa könnte besser sein.

Nice hotel next to the lift. Quiet town - nothing happening at all in town.

Great location for the gondola. Nice Spa facilities. Decent food in the restaurant

Cons:

Staff could use a little more training. Sometimes the room wasn't cleaned before we were back from skiing. There's very little in the town. Don't go here expecting much apres,

Great views of the mountains and easy access to the lift.

Cons:

The hotel is very very big and therefore impersonal. The meal times felt like being on a conveyor belt and we were allocated a table where everyone walked past to get to the buffet. We asked to move but they refused.
Sadly everything was inflexible and autonomous.
Be careful if you don't like big hotels (100 + rooms).

Pros:

Sehr schöner, großer Wellnessbereich. Direkt neben dem Lift gelegen.

Cons:

Treppe zum oberen Schlafbereich steil und ohne richtigen Handlauf. Matratze der Schlafcouch extrem hart.

Perfekt für Akkord die Sport und Wellness miteinander verbinden wollen und sich richtig erholen möchten.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt an der Piste, Ski an und los! Möglichkeit Equipment zu mieten (Scheiber Sport) im Haus mit super Service, fairem Preis und tollem Beratungsteam!
Super liebe Rezeption, die alles möglich gemacht hat. Tolles Restaurant-Team und Koch, das/der auf alle Wünsche und Allergien eingegangen ist. Generell das ganze Team, war super freundlich, professionell und kompetent. Sauna-Aufguss Meister Stephan war top!

Noget skuffende i forhold til prisen. Lækkert hotel men virkelig dårligt drevet.
Pros:

Beliggenhed er fantastisk lige ved liften, lækre faciliteter

Cons:

Hotellet er inkl havlpension men maden er virkelig ringe både aftensmad og morgenmad lever ikke op til forventningerne.
Dårlig rengøring af værelserne.
Personalet prøvede at tørre andre gæsters regning af på os for drikkevarer
