Innsbruck .Magic
Pros:

I arrived late for check in but there was great communication with staff and there was instructions sent to me on how to access my key card. Innsbruck is a magical city and this hotel is perched above it. The quick tram ride up has stunning views overlooking the city.

On arrival I got my key card very easy and got access to my room. My room was like the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed which, after a long day's travelling, I fell into right away.

Sorry I couldn't stay longer, but I will try arrange a few days next year. Especially to see more of beautiful Innsbruck

Cons:

Everything excelled my expectations.
I had to leave early so I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast.

Wenig Gäste, das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht und der Preis dazu war sensationell

Zimmern entsprechen den Vorgaben.

Top Frühstück mit teils außergewöhlichen Optionen (Saftpresse mit frischem Obst/Gemüse, hausgemachte Müsliriegel), sehr lecker! Modernes Hotel mit Standard-Zimmerausstattung und freundlichem Personal. Sehr sauber und trotz abgelegener Lage gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, und natürlich die Nordkettenbahn vor der Tür. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – sehr ruhig und malerisch. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große, kostenfreie Privatparkplatz und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück

Cons:

Die Schalldämmung im Hotel ist nicht besonders gut; man konnte die Schritte im Zimmer über uns sehr deutlich hören. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es im Zimmer einen Minikühlschrank, eine Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien und Gläser gegeben hätte
