Very clean and incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons:

The temperature in the room was a bit too warm for me. When I asked about possibly changing the temperature, they were kind, but I was told it was set on one temperature

Pros:

Lovely big room. Simon was very pleasant and helpful. Language was different but was not a barrier as all very pleasant and worked through it. Very clean. Lots of plugs. Offered us a second bathroom in qnother room as we had triple room. Breakfast was lovely...offered continental breakfast and also eggs and sausages. We were allowed to make tea and coffee at any time.

Cons:

Ive stayed many times in Medjugorje and could not ask for much more.

Pleasant with pleasant staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

In room 104, no windows only door onto front landing.
No privacy from street and unable to open doors as people entered our room thinking it was the front door to hotel.
Also no remote to TV, no assistance given from reception.

Nice & Quiet
Pros:

Perfect location, close to St. James Church and town centre. Helpful staff.

Cons:

No shower gel or soap for guests, the hotel only provide liquid hand wash which we had to use for shower. The shower rack was rusty which was a bit gross, would be nice if small face towel was provided also.
