Sobe su dosta velike.Personal je dobar.Sve je lipo čisto.Tuš

Cons:

Tuš kabina nije dobra jako loše sva voda od tuširanja na podu od kupatila.treba da staklo bude skroz zatvoreno .Doručak bi trebao biti malo bolji izbor .kruh je bio dosta suh kava nije baš bila dobra .

It’s ok but could be better.
Pros:

La vista de la alcoba a la colina increíble. La cama cómoda , la alcoba espaciosa , amplia, agua calientita, ascensores , espacio cómodo , desayuno bien. Por mejorar : El lavamanos estaba sin drenaje. Pedimos ayuda , llegaron , pero no resolvieron. Toda mi estancia tuve el lavamanos con el agua empozada.
Y Falta más amabilidad que combine con la labor : tratan con peregrinos. Este no es cualquier destino turístico o comercial . No combina hostilidad con un lugar tan elevado como Medjugore. En términos generales está bien. Pero no repetiría mi estancia .

Be prepared to have a bad customer experience
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well located, besides the fact the city is very small. No need to use car to go to the church and apparition hill. Many restaurants are closer to the hotel.

Cons:

Not only the staff of this hotel is rude, but the whole country people are not polite or seem to care for tourists. For a poor country, and Medjugorje is a city 100% depending on tourists and pilgrims, they should learn how to treat tourists. At this hotel, there is one person that works at the restaurant that screamed with my wife as she asked for a menu.

ESTABA NORMAL, caro para la experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación y que las han eran espaciosas

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación además de no expulsar aire frío hacía demasiado ruido .. no descansamos bien.
La habitación tenía exceso de humedad, el baño sobre todo, había mojón entre las baldosas de la dula y en el techo.
El personal, salvo una persona que fue un chico joven súper amable, realmente el amor personificado, el resto fueron extremadamente secos y cortantes.
