Wieder ein schöner entspannter Aufenthalt :))
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, wenige Gehminuten zur Kirche und den Restauarants und Geschäften. Sehr gutes Buffet beim Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal bei der Rezeption und im Service! Zimmer sehr gut klimatisiert, was sehr wichtig war, tolle Größe des Zimmers!

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht erfüllt.

Obwohl wir das “Do Not Disturb”-Schild deutlich an der Tür angebracht hatten, verschaffte sich das Reinigungspersonal dennoch Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde lediglich entgegnet, dass es üblich sei, die Zimmer täglich zu betreten und zu reinigen. Ein Verständnis für die Privatsphäre der Gäste war leider nicht erkennbar.

Besonders kritisch empfanden wir den Umgang mit dem Thema Sicherheit. Uns wurde erklärt, dass Wertsachen sicher im Zimmersafe aufbewahrt werden könnten. Der Safe war jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht im Schrank befestigt und konnte problemlos herausgenommen und mitgenommen werden. Als wir dies an der Rezeption ansprachen, wurde uns zunächst sogar unterstellt, wir hätten den Safe selbst in diesem Zustand hinterlassen. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde unser Hinweis überhaupt ernst genommen. Eine solche Reaktion empfinden wir als unangemessen.

Auch die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung entsprachen nicht dem beworbenen Standard. Das Badezimmer roch extrem stark nach Chlor, die Armaturen sowie der Seifenspender waren deutlich verkalkt und Handseife war bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorhanden. Diese mussten wir selbst nachkaufen.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Es gab lediglich Filterkaffee aus einer Pumpkanne. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns Cappuccino angeboten, allerdings gegen Aufpreis. Darüber wurden wir nicht im Vorfeld informiert, sondern erst beim Check-out.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schlicht und steril eingerichtet und bietet kaum Atmosphäre oder Dekoration. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die ruhige Lage.

Leider hinterließ auch der Service keinen guten Eindruck. Der Rezeptionist reagierte auf wiederholte Nachfragen zu Safe, Frühstück und weiteren Punkten eher belehrend als lösungsorientiert. Anstatt Verständnis zu zeigen, wurde uns erklärt, dass Gäste dies akzeptieren müssten.
