Pobyt wspominam bardzo pozytywnie. Na pewno następnym razem także wybiorę ten obiekt. Polecam!!!
Pros:

Najbardziej podobała mi się czystość – codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, pościel starannie zaścielona, regularnie wyrzucane śmieci. Pokój i cały obiekt były bardzo zadbane.

Ogromnym atutem jest również lokalizacja – około 250 m od Kościół św. Jakuba w Medjugorje, blisko sklepów spożywczych i apteki oraz około 2 km do Góra Objawień (Podbrdo).

Dodatkowo obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna i życzliwa, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy.

Cons:

Śniadanie było smaczne i dobrze przygotowane, jednak niestety serwowane dania – takie jak jajecznica – były chłodne, podobnie jak woda przeznaczona do herbaty czy kawy. Dodatkowo kawa z ekspresu była płatna (1,50 € za czarną), co może być zaskoczeniem dla gości. Asortyment produktów był dość monotonny i codziennie się powtarzał.

Ogólne wrażenie jest pozytywne, ale warto popracować nad temperaturą serwowanych potraw oraz większym urozmaiceniem menu.

Exceptional!
Pros:

This was our second stay at Hotel Jana and the experience was again exceptional!  The hotel staff are very friendly and professional.  They go above and beyond for guest requests. This modern hotel is a few minutes walk from St. James church. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful.  Our room was truly comfortable.  Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend the hotel Jana to anyone, friendly knowledgeable staff too

Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.
Pros:

Struttura eccellente: nuova, bella e pulita. Posizione ottima. Personale attento, disponibile e molto gentile.
Cibo molto buono, vario e abbondante sia a colazione che pranzo/cena.

Cons:

Consiglio di cambiare i cuscini del letto, per noi non erano comodi nonostante ce li abbiano cambiati appena richiesto. Per il resto tutto ottimo.
