Fantastische ligging tov binnenstad, station en parkeergarage. Erg mooie, rustige kamer, goed bed en vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

Alles was top! Ik kom zeker terug.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das modernen Stil mit persönlichem Geschmack auf beeindruckende Weise vereint. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet, ohne dabei ihre Wärme und ihren einladenden Charakter zu verlieren – eine gelungene Balance zwischen Moderne und Gemütlichkeit.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Inhaberin, die mit ihrer herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Sie ist stets gut erreichbar und geht aufmerksam auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Auch das Reinigungsteam hinterlässt einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck: gründlich, freundlich und absolut vertrauenswürdig.

Super verblijf!♡
Pros:

De fijne en heldere communicatie via app en mail was heel fijn.
Ook kwam ik eva tegen in de gang en wist zij mijn naam. Dit voelde erg persoonlijk. Super !

Ook was de douche heerlijk!!!

Charmant hotel
Pros:

Van te voren ontving ik per WhatsApp de nodige informatie. Het hele hotel was leuk ingericht, met veel oog voor detail. Bij aankomst stond er een persoonlijke welkomstboodschap in de kamer. Alles was ook heel erg schoon.

Mooi hotel en restaurant, paar verbeterpunten
Pros:

Top restaurant, heerlijk gegeten in een sfeervol zaal met vriendelijk personeel. Dieetwensen werden ook goed geregeld.

Cons:

Slechte dekbedden, door plastic laag veel te warm.
Slechte gevaarlijke föhn, haar blijft vastzitten in achterzijde van de föhn.

Fijn met een paar minpunten.
Pros:

Het was een hele sfeervolle suite, echt met zorg ingericht. Het restaurant beneden was heerlijk en met vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Slapen op een hard kussen van 20/25 cm is zeer oncomfortabel. Kussens zijn erg persoonlijk, maar dit was niet fijn. Iedereen bleek een ander kussen te hebben, wat vreemd was.

De communicatie via de app leek in eerste instantie heel persoonlijk en gastvrij, maar toen ik appte dat er iets niet goed ging met de app installeren voor de sleutel kreeg ik geen antwoord. De ochtend van ons vertrek kreeg ik een appje of ons verblijf fijn was geweest, maar op mijn antwoord over dat alles heel fijn was, behalve het kussen heb ik nooit iets gehoord. Ik twijfel of ik echt met een persoon contact had of met een AI chatbot.
