Pros:

Nice, clean apart hotel. On the slopes. Big garage. Apartments are big and confortabile, with everything you need. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food at the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

Sometime the apartment was a bit cold.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the slopes
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, a much higher customer service level than the rest of Austria.

Cons:

Perhaps a little dated mattresses

A fabulous week at the Breitlehenalm
Pros:

The hotel team were all very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast every morning. Our apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. The spa facilities were lovely too. The hotel is in a great ski-in / ski-out location with a few restaurants nearby for dinner. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

The location is excellent. The apartment was large, traditionally furnished, some equipment did not work (e.g. kitchen hood). The poor lighting was disturbing. The space for skis and boots is too small. The staff is friendly.
