das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man konnte viele Fragen zur Umgebung stellen. Und der Portier hatte immer ein Lächeln übrig.
Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber.
Der Strand ist sehr nah. Man überquert nur eine kleine Straße und dann geht man durch das Hotel Cocoplum und ist schon am Meer. Bei Hotel Cocoplum kann man gut essen.
Das Essen bei Cocoplum ist abwechslungsreich und lecker , aber leider recht kostspielig. Da kann man beim Zentrum (Playa Spratt bight günstiger essen).
Aber im großen und ganzen lohnt es sich trotzdem bei Cocoplum zu essen, weil die Qualität gut ist und die Atmosphäre am Strand Cocoplum entspannt ist.
Die Algen manchmal am Strand waren nervig.
Nos encantó la ubicación y el precio! Además tiene justo enfrente el hotel cocoplum y tienen un convenio con ellos y puedes usar las tumbonas solamente consumiendo.
Me hubiera gustado que tuviera desayuno ya que solamente ofrecen la posibilidad de ir al desayuno de Cocoplum que son 32.000COP por persona.
Friendly staff, they take great care of cleanliness, and our room was cleaned every day. They also offer free beach towels for guests to use. The hotel is in an excellent location, right across from the most beautiful beach in San Andrés.
The hotel does not have windows, which is not necessarily a problem in itself because the doors allow natural light in. However, since there is no window that can be opened, the room gets very hot or cold very quickly when using the air conditioning. At night, we couldn’t sleep well because we had to frequently turn the AC on and off.
The Wi-Fi is also very poor, and we didn’t have any Wi-Fi at all during the last two days of our stay (we were there for four days in total). The hotel does not have hot water, which wasn’t necessarily a major issue for us, but it is important that guests are informed about this when making a reservation.
There is also nowhere to hang or dry wet clothes.
La posibilidad de ir a las facilidades del hotel Cocoplum al frente. Las habitaciones son amplias y lindas.
El wifi se caía a cada rato, lo cual era muy molesto. También al estar cerca de los beach clubs había mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada por eventos.
La ubicacion en una playa tranquila
El ruido de alrededor, no prestan servicio de desayuno.
Personale super gentile
Las instalaciones impecables, el trato amable de todos sus empleados. Pasando la calle tienes el mar de 7 colores y buenas cositas típicas para comer cerca al hotel.
Vicinanza alla spiaggia cocoplum (una delle più belle dell’isola) letteralmente attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia. Hanno una convenzione con l’hotel cocoplum quindi puoi usufruire dei lettini gratuitamente.
Non c’è l’acqua calda per fare la doccia, struttura molto molto minimal
Die Zimmer waren sehr neu. Bäder sehr ordentlich und schön. Betten sehr bequem, AC funktioniert perfekt.
Es war am ersten Abend sehr laut, weil direkt nebenan eine Tienda ist. Allerdings war da nur Sonntag laute Musik, an den anderen Tagen war es ruhig.
Das Frühstück gibt es gegenüber im Cocoplum Hotel. Ist aber total überteuert. Eine sehr gute Alternative ist an der Hauptstraße rechts nach ca 200m.
la atencion excelente, la habitacion muy comoda, hay unas duchas donde se puede bañar los pies y el aseo es diario, el personal super colaborador, todo nos gustó, la playa queda pasando la calle y puedes quedarte en sillas con carpa por un consumo minimo, la playa es linda y puedes caminar hasta una isla, bueno toca nadar un poquito, te puedes hacer cafe en la cafetera de la habitaciòn, hay excelentes restaurantes al lado, la tv si tiene canales por cable, hay una salita afuera donde puedes pasar el rato, volveremos.

Hay un local ruidoso contiguo, pero no es culpa del personal del hotel.
Excelente relación precio/calidad. Instalaciones nuevas, camas nuevas y todo muy limpio. Sí se busca descansar, es una excelente opción.
Está lejos del centro de San Andrés y en la zona no hay mucho por hacer, sólo estar en la playa.
Hotel muy limpio y tiene aire, pocos lo tienen por esa zona, tienen convenio con el hotel del frente donde hay playa y piscina
No hay restaurante en el hotel ni otros servicios adicionales
Las instalaciones excelentes espacio suficiente, el baño amplio y obviamente hay que destacar la limpieza,también la tranquilidad y la seguridad privada permanente
En general todo estuvo excelente
Bien ubicado, cuenta con cafetera y nevera ena habitación, muy cerca se tiene supermercado y restaurantes.

Localização é boa, limpeza excelente, atendimento também é bom, o espaço é bem confortável!
O fato de não ter água quente nos chuveiros, porque quando viemos da praia, não é tão complicado, mas para tomar banho pela manhã ou à noite é difícil!
Outra coisa é o acesso ao hotel, embora isso não seja tão relevante, mas sempre temos que tocar a campainha para alguém abrir o portão.
