We very enjoyed the stay there with three kides ranging from 11-16! Perfect for water sports
Pros:

All food offered there was very good, a la carte as well as the breakfast. The whole setup was fantastic and the options to do water sports were perfect.

Cons:

The menue was quite short and in particular in the evenings, the carte is not changing. So after two days you are clearly forced to go somewhere else. Also the pricing for the drinks are quite to the high end...in total we spend another 50 Euro pp for drinks and food there per day having only breakfast included

Great location and building but over priced given the lack of flexibility on services provided overall
Pros:

Great location. Not far from airport and next to a lovely golden beach

Cons:

Claims to be a spa hotel but only 1 treatment room with 1 therapist - grossly under staffed

Despite having 2 pools - you cannot swim before 10am in pool bar and 10:30am in pool next to Restuarant . Ridiculous and staff or Manager could not explain the reason

In between breakfast end at 10:30am and pool kitchen opening at 1pm, you cannot get a pool snack or brunch BUT room service available all day.! Again staff or manager could not explain the logic

Grand suite that cost €6500 for a week has a kitchen but no cooking utensils, so I went out to buy a fry pan, saucepan, spatula and kitchen knife. Again the staff had no concept of customer service in this respect

Curtains are light white linen that do not block the morning sun, so you are woken at 6:30am with sunrise :(

Wine glasses were provided in the room when arrived, but were removed by housekeeping each day after cleaning. Explanation was she thought they were from bar - after 3 days they finally got it and left some in the room

I think the hotel is generally under staffed, they place too much emphasis on the set meals financial model to make their margins at the expense of other things mentioned above, and overall it is bureaucratic and inflexible

They need a big brand hotel to come show them how to be an upmarket hotel, and justify the prices

It’s a shame as the location is great, the building and grounds are nice, but the rules, customer service and bureaucracy let it down badly

A true resort property with amazing beach view.
Pros:

The property, room size, beachfront, view, clean, and staff. The service and attention provide by the staff were great. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh with superb view. For sure will be one my top options if I come back to Paros.

Cons:

The location is bit far from attractions; however, knowing Paros has been like this.

Cons:

We booked a suite at Poseidon of Paros and paid around €700 per night, so naturally we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel worth the price.
Upon arrival, only one bottle of water was provided in the room, and this was only once. After that, if you wanted more water, you had to pay for it. For a suite at this price level, complimentary daily water should be a basic standard.
Another disappointing point was the beach service. Even as hotel guests, if you want to use Golden Beach, you still have to pay around €50 for sunbeds. This felt unreasonable considering the room rate.
There were also no small gestures or touches that you usually expect from a hotel in this category. At night, there was no turndown service, no bed preparation, no chocolates, and no complimentary welcome gesture such as a bottle of wine, fruit, or anything special. I have stayed in other hotels at a similar or even lower price point where they provide these thoughtful touches and make guests feel more valued.
Overall, the hotel location is nice, but the service and guest experience were not impressive and did not match the price paid. For the amount charged per night, I expected much better hospitality and more attention to detail.

An exceptional resort! We will be back!
Pros:

The property along with the Beth and pools were exceptional. The resort is located away from all of the craziness of downtown Paros. The staff was very friendly and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Ask for room 101. It has an incredible view of the ocean and beach and a patio with a couch and stairs for relaxing at night.

Phantastisch gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Golden Beach mit kristallklarem und türkisfarbenem Wasser. Geniales Frühstück, an dem es an nichts mangelt. Extrem freundliches Personal.
