We booked three double rooms (rooms 10, 11 and 12) at Oldtimer Motorhotel Guntramsdorf through Booking.com.

We arrived at approximately 9:30 PM. While carrying our luggage, the key to room 10 was accidentally left inside the room, and the door locked. There was no receptionist on duty. We called the emergency phone number displayed at the reception desk and explained the situation.

We were told that no staff would be available until 7:00 AM and that a spare key could be collected from a nearby gas station. We went there immediately, but the staff informed us that they had no spare keys and that they had never provided such a service.

As a result of this incorrect information and the lack of assistance, we were unable to access one of the rooms we had paid for. Four members of our group had to stay in a single room. Three women had to share one bed, and one person had to sleep on the floor. This was completely unacceptable.

We had planned to leave at 5:00 AM the next morning. However, because there was still no receptionist available, we could not even retrieve our belongings from the locked room. Around 6:00 AM we called the emergency number again. Fortunately, a restaurant employee gave us an access card to open the door. Without the help of this employee, we would not have been able to collect our belongings.

In addition, the room and the bathroom were not properly cleaned. There were spider webs in several places, which shows that the cleanliness standards were below expectations.

The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of support. We booked through Booking.com because we expected reliable customer service if something went wrong. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com provided an effective solution. We paid for three rooms but were unable to use one of them due to the hotel's lack of emergency assistance and incorrect information.

This experience caused significant inconvenience and stress. We expect Booking.
