A pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast has a good spread of food, fruits and beverages. Location is superior and close to many places of interest and hot springs. Rooms are clean and immaculate. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to the town Center.

Pros:

Snídaně byla bohatá a pestrá. Zvlášť oceňuji jednání personálu, zejména paní recepční, která byla velmi vstřícná, milá a ochotná

Cons:

Parkování je zde velmi drahé, ale to je asi slabá stránka více hotelů v Karlových Varech. Alespoň je zabezpečeno, to oceňuji.

Место парковочное было не расчищено. В комнате было холодно , хоть и батарее работали на всю. Так же в комнате завтрака было очень холодно. Выбор завтрака в этот раз очень маленький.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt von Karlsbad, super freundliches Personal. Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und mehr als ausreichend, das Essen wurden jederzeit wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal war toll, auch auf Extra Wünsche wurde eingegangen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hatten auch eine Person im Rollstuhl dabei. Das Hotel hat uns extra ein Behindertengerechtes Zimmer besorgt und am Eingang die Rampe zum Hochfahren zur Verfügung gestellt.
