Das Personal an der Rezeption war so unfreundlich, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben, und das, obwohl im Hotel bekannt war, dass wir auf Silberhochzeitsreise waren.
Wir erheben an das Hotelpersonal wirklich keine großen Ansprüche, aber eine nette Begrüßung bei der Anreise, freundliche Hilfe bei Anliegen und ein bisschen Herzlichkeit (ein Lächeln, nettes Grüßen - zumindest als Antwort auf einen Gruß des Gastes -, usw.) haben wir auf allen Hotels unserer Reise erlebt, aber nicht hier.
Dies war umso enttäuschender, weil der vorherige schriftliche Kontakt sehr nett war.
Wir haben uns bemüht, uns nicht zu sehr zu ärgern, weil wir uns diese Reise zu unserem Festtag nicht vermiesen lassen wollten. Aber schade war es schon.
Auch der Zimmerservice war enttäuschend. Das Bad war sauber, das Bett gemacht, aber die Schlafkleidung einfach quer hineingeschmissen.
Benutzte Gläser und Tassen wurden schmutzig auf dem Tisch stehengelassen.
Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber nicht wie in allen anderen Hotels eine kleine Kollektion an Kaffee/Tee.

Vse. Zelo prijazno osebje, ki se trudi, da se gost odlično počuti. Krasna soba s pogledom na reko, Cisarske lazne in hotel Pupp. Dober zajtrk.

Cons:

Zajtrkovalnica je majhna, vendar je gospa z nasmeškom hitro našla prostor za naju.

In ganz Karlsbad gibt es Probleme das Auto abzustellen. Die Stadt ist aber sehenswert!
Pros:

Dias königliche, grosse Zimmer. Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Zuerst gab die Rezeptionistin uns eine Adresse vun einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, der immer besetzt war. Dann parkten wir wie sie uns sagte, an der Straße, hatten aber Probleme mit dem Parkautomaten.

Posizione ottimale vicino alle terme imperiali (ora museo) e affacciata su un bel giardino.
Stanza grande e luminosa molto semplice e vintage.
