Pros:

Super Lage, alles gut erreichbar, angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Schönes, großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten.
Frühstück und Abendessen sehr frisch und lecker, große Auswahl.
Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal erwähnen: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ein schöner Aufenthalt in Karlsbad.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war für uns das Badezimmer. Der Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen war etwas unbequem. Außerdem klebte der Duschvorhang beim Duschen ständig am Körper, was nicht besonders angenehm war. Eine normale Dusche bzw. eine feste Duschabtrennung wäre hier deutlich komfortabler gewesen. Ansonsten gab es für uns nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Precioso Hotel, muy recomendable.
Pros:

El hotel es precioso. La ubicación perfecta, el personal encantador, buen desayuno, la habitación amplia y muy linda.
Si bien no todo el personal habla inglés, se hacen entender y son muy serviciales.

L'architecture de l'hôtel, le pdj, le personnel sympathique, l'accueil, lit confortable, emplacement : hotel bien situé

Cons:

Les horaires un peu 'décalés' des repas midi et soir, le chauffage en plein mois d'août dans le couloir, le prix très haut de la place de parking si vous souhaitez être devant l'hôtel : 25€/jour.

Das Hotel war sehr zentral und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Grandhotel Pupp. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet, Sodas man das Gefühl bekam einen Zeitsprung zu machen, obwohl das Mobiliar natürlich leider nicht "echt" war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe diese wunderschöne Stadt schon vor Jahren besucht und dieses Hotel ist mir immer noch in bester Erinnerung. Offiziell hat es drei Sterne, aber für mich verdient es mindestens sechs! Das Schönste war einfach, dass man sich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt hat.“

Ein toller Ort für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft, vor allem die Zimmer, sind wie in einem Märchen: schön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Der Ausblick ist auch wunderschön . Die Lage 1A, etwas seitlich vom Centrum, ruhig.
