Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war insgesamt gemischt.

Direkt beim Betreten fiel auf, dass die Luft im Zimmer sehr stickig war und es teilweise modrig roch. Dieser Geruch schien nicht nur von mangelnder Belüftung zu kommen, sondern vermutlich auch vom Teppichboden und dem insgesamt in die Jahre gekommenen Inventar, das den Raum zusätzlich „schwer“ wirken ließ.

Auch die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt etwas abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer fiel zudem ein sehr starker Chlorgeruch in der Dusche auf, der unangenehm war.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die schöne Lage des Apartments. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück konnte überzeugen – das Buffet war reichhaltig und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Insgesamt gibt es also sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte, wobei insbesondere die Raumluft und der Zustand der Einrichtung verbessert werden sollten.

Наше пребывание в отеле «Санкт-Петербург» в Карловых Варах оставило исключительно приятные впечатления!
С самого начала всё прошло идеально: нас заселили сразу, без малейшего ожидания, что после дороги было особенно ценно. Отдельно хочется отметить парковку — нам предоставили место прямо у входа в отель, что невероятно удобно.
Все наши просьбы во время проживания были услышаны и оперативно выполнены. Это создало ощущение настоящей заботы о гостях.
Девушка на ресепшене (к сожалению, не узнали её имени) — просто замечательная! Очень приветливая, вежливая и при этом профессиональная. Общение с ней сразу задаёт тёплый тон всему пребыванию.
Номер превзошёл ожидания: мы бронировали стандарт, но получили полулюкс. Не знаем, по какой причине, но были приятно удивлены и очень благодарны за такой сюрприз. Комната была уютной, комфортной и идеально подходила для отдыха.
Завтраки — отдельная радость! Великолепный выбор блюд, всё вкусно и с душой. А женщина, работающая в ресторане, настолько милая, приветливая и заботливая, что создаётся ощущение, будто ты в гостях у мамы — очень тёплая и душевная атмосфера.
Единственный небольшой нюанс — столовая не очень большая, но это совершенно не доставляло неудобств. Мы приходили на завтрак ненадолго, и всё было комфортно.
Отель расположен просто идеально — в самом центре Карловых Вар, напротив Гранд-отеля. Все достопримечательности, красота города — в шаговой доступности.
С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто хочет провести время в Карловых Варах с комфортом и в тёплой атмосфере! 💛

Schön war’s mit perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber mit Blick auf das Kaiserbad und das Hotel Pupp. Die Straße war ruhig, obwohl es die Hauptstraße war und wir konnten nachts sogar das Fenster auflassen.
Wir haben im Vorfeld einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel reserviert. Das war perfekt und unkompliziert.
Das Personal war freundlich.
