Beautiful location, very helpful staff, couldn't fault it.
The room was spacious and with an amazing view!! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a complimentary room upgrade that we are thankful for! The food at the restaurant was tasty and the area by the pool is very beautiful. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the famous Koukounaries beach but also easy access to it, either on foot or with the hotel buses, which are available every 15 minutes.
The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one of them offered a personalised service and did not let me or my mum lift a finger. They were all so kind to my baby girl and really went above and beyond. Paul was so kind and set out a place mat for her at dinner and breakfast (she is only 9 months hahah!) and made sure me and my mum were comfortable and happy. Sofia was amazing really cared for us all. The cleaning staff made the room absolutely spotless. Every single staff member we met really made a good impression. The location of the hotel was remote but perfect if you hire a car as was easier for us with a baby and lots of things that you need. But bus routes are very accessible. The views and the pool are amazing. Really beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect if you want space and comfort and luxury but within a short bus ride to the main town. The chief and the cooks looked after us so well and came out and said hello. Really impressive food and different foods available.
The only thing I would comment on is the lack of a lift. Despite the staff being extremely vocal in helping us lift the stroller down it was a lot of effort bringing the stroller up and down the stairs. We were offered a room on the bottom floor however but the dining room and the pool were still up some big stairs. Only minor things but perhaps something to consider for families going with small children (especially if they fall asleep in the stroller and you want a minute to yourself haha!)

It does not have an elevator… Rooms are renovates but facilities are old.

Although we coped just fine - don’t understand why there are no lifts or maybe the odd escalator. Bit tough on less able people
