Pros:

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the location is amazing with an excellent view! Would definitely stay again.

La décoration pourrait être plus chaleureuse.
L’hôtel est très bruyant (système d’eau chaude je pense) et quand il pleut : la pluie qui tombe sur le toit est en taule.

Pros:

Väldigt fin utsikt, värden var snäll och hjälpsam. Rummet var rent och stort och vi fick supergod frukost på morgonen. Det bästa var värden som hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde hjälp med. Toppen!

Закрутите ручку в ванной комнате, покрасить стены, и подавайте все чистое, а не вонючее и с пятнами
Pros:

Внешне здание красивое, терраса и вид с нее тоже красивый. Персонал приятный, но плохо говорит на Английском .

Cons:

Плесень. Грязные стены. Грязное постельное белье. Грязные полотенца.
Холодно. Нужно теплее? Заплатите за обогреватель дополнительно.

На фото все так красиво и замечательно, а по факту сразу в холле/ гостиной вас встретят обшарпанные стены с плесенью, уже не говоря о комнате.
Вид из самой комнаты (которая досталась нам, самая правая) - на старые здания из шифера.
Шумоизоляции тоже нет, слышно как в соседней комнате чихают.

Хозяин даже не может закрутить ручку в ванной комнате. Я бы сделала это за 1 минуту отверткой. А вы сдаете это гостям. Очень плохо.

А ну да, и все двери очень шумно открываются, потому что из-за влажности они разбухли, и конечно с этим ничего не делают.

The rooms were cozy, clean and the view was great (even the bathroom has a view). On top of it the staff was really helpful and nice. The food tasted authentic and had a homemade vibe. Really loved our stay would come back again.

Cons:

If you are on foot, there's a 2 km walk from center of town.

Pros:

Magnifique chambre aux allures de cottage anglais avec une superbe vue sur la ville.
Literie très confortable, douche chaude, lieu paisible et le personnel au petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse.
Délicieux dîner sri-lankais préparé par nos hôtes et excellent petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa de Roshe.

难忘的一次入住体验，虽然地理位置比较偏，但是房间的独特设计以及员工的亲切，让我认为是一次非常不错的选择

酒店的员工十分的亲切和乐于助人，他帮助我们入住以及借给我们雨伞，在第二天需要提早出发的情况下，还帮我们准备了早餐三明治

地理位置稍微有一些难找，特别是在晚上的话，路灯比较昏暗，会比较容易迷失方向，距离城区有一定的距离打的或者坐突突车的话会比较颠簸。

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per il nostro tour in Srilanka. Arrivata in camera trovo muffa su ogni parete. Lo dico al proprietario, spiegando che sono incinta e non fa bene respirare muffa, e lui mi dice solo: ok cancella la tua camera. Dopo poco mi chiama e mi dice di cancellare tutta la prenotazione (su booking) ma che avrebbe lasciato dormire i nostri amici. Furbo, no? Così non paga le commissioni a booking e mi toglie la possibilità di fare la recensione. Mi dice che sono una putt*na e che anche i miei amici devono andare via dalla sua Villa. I nostri amici che hanno dormito lì sono morti di freddo.
