Good value for money
Pros:

Great staff and very friendly guys running the hotel. We felt very welcome. The views are amazing, and the coffee for breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka!

Cons:

The hotel is simple, and some renovation along with a better air conditioning system would definitely improve the experience.

Lovely spot with great hosts
Pros:

The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Amazing views with large wall to wall windows and patio. Cozy fireplace lit at night in the common area. Best coffee I had in Sri Lanka.

Cons:

A little challenging to find at first but definitely worth it.

Friendly staff. Good place.
Pros:

The staff was very good and friendly. They provided an excellent service. The room was very clean and good. The hotel itself gave a true nuwara eliya/victorian vibe with its thematic furniture. There was a working fireplace which was really cozy as they provided us with coffee and biscuits to enjoy beside the fireplace at night. The breakfast was also really good with good quantity and the view in the morning where we had the breakfast was amazing. It also helped that the place was close to town where we could go out and enjoy.

Cons:

There was no balcony in the family room. But they said that will upgrade the family in the future.

Pros:

From even before we arrived, the service was excellent. After making our reservation, we contacted the property to arrange an early breakfast since we were planning a morning hike to Horton Plains. They were fully prepared for it and kept in touch throughout. Early check-in was also accommodated without any hassle.

The view — my God, the view — was absolutely breathtaking. From our room, we could see the mountain ranges, the mist rolling over the hills, and the surrounding farms. It was truly stunning.

The room amenities were great as well. There was good hot water (which is essential in Nuwara Eliya’s cold climate), and everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is slightly aged and could use a bit of updating, but it is very well maintained overall.

The staff were extremely polite, hospitable, and helpful throughout our stay.

Staffs are so good because of which our stay was really comfortable

Hotel is very clean and staffs are excellent.Manager Sh.Usman is a very well behaved and caring person.

Location is not very good if compared with tariff.

Estancia muy tranquila
Pros:

Hotel reformado por dentro con decoración agradable. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, con edredon para el frío de Nuwara Eliya.
Desayuno abundante y rico.
Baño con mampara, grande y limpio. Tiene secador.
Personal agradable.

Cons:

Algo lejos de la zona centro aunque hay muchos más hoteles. Sin embargo no es mala zona porque se está tranquilo y cerca del lago.
Tiene algunas humedades.
No es de los más económicos.
