If you get the room you pay for..bonus 🤪. It's unlikely.
Pros:

When we eventually got a room...19 hours after our arrival..the pool with our apartment was lovely.
Great location to Pefki

Cons:

Being ferried from eagles nest to lindos nest then back to eagles nest because of over booking.
Sam the first guy on reception was amazing but the lady rhe following day, flora made us feel like we were being unreasonable and kept asking us why are you asking me it is not my fault your room isn't ready...after 19 odd hours and three moves in that time. Absolutely shocking and not even an apology from.the manager. Not so much as please take a seat in the bar and we will get u a drink.

We met 4 other couples and one woman solo traveller in her 80s who all said they had had the same experience.

מדהים!
Pros:

מלון צנוע אבל שמור ומטופל.נמצא במקום נוח מאוד. יש בריכה נהדרת ונקיה, ארוחת בוקר צנועה אבל מספיקה, צוות נהדר!! שכחנו פספורטים בחדר , גילינו את זה רק בנמל טעופה. הצוות שלח לנו עם נהג מונית ! כל הכבוד . תודה על השרות ויחס!נחזור שוב!

חבל שמסעדה לא פעילה במלון.

Shocking service from Eagles Nest and booking.com
Pros:

Cons:

Eagles Nest canceled our booking unilaterally after 10 pm on the night before our stay. Reason given was that they were overbooked.
All attempts to reinstate the booking with the hotel and booking.com were unsuccessful.
Booking.coms helpline online as well as by telephone were fruitless. We were left to find alternative accommodation within a few hours of arrival at our destination.

Séjour très agréable et bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, l'hôtel très calme. A 20mn à pied du centre de Pefki. Nous avions une belle chambre avec une terrasse magnifique. Vue mer avec jacuzzi, bain de soleil et salon de jardin. La literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet avec un chef qui vous cuisine des omelettes à volonté. Du jus d'orange frais et beaucoup de choix aussi bien sucré que salé avec des produits locaux. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu défraichi, le ménage n'était pas toujours bien fait, les serviettes sont usées et tâchées. Le sèche cheveux mural ne fonctionnait pas.

Situation et piscine

Cons:

Pas de vue de notre chambre, balcon devant un mur de rochers.
WC qui coule sur le sol ( heureusement eau propre) mais aucune remediation ou changement de chambre malgré notre plainte.
Propreté très superficirlle (coins sales, détritus ds les pots de fleurs et interstices…)

Pros:

Πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο με ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή που προσφέρει χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία αλλά δε θεωρώ ότι ήταν ποιοτικό. Θα προτιμούσα πιο μικρή ποικιλία αλλά πιο φρέσκα προιόντα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο.

Cons:

Θεωρώ ότι ενώ έχει προοπτικές το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δίνει την αίσθηση εγκατάλειψης. Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια θέλουν άμεσα αντικατάσταση. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν τα μυρμήγκια στο ξενοδοχείο, μυρμήγκια παντού ακόμα και πάνω στο κρεβάτι. Γενικά στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας απογοητεύτηκα πολύ από το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Posizione relativamente vicina al centro(prendevamo Comunque l’auto per arrivare al centro)

Cons:

Sangue nel bagno della stanza! Sporco! Ci cambiano stanza e troviamo ben 3 scarafaggi che ci camminano in faccia di notte in due notti diverse sebbene finestre e zanzariere sempre chiuse oltre ad essere completamente sporca anche la nuova stanza(abbiamo dovuto pulirci il wc da soli sebbene sollecitati più volte per la presenza di macchie verdi e segni di macchie tipo di vomito completamente incrostato). TERRIBILE! Solo dopo aver minacciato di chiamare le autorità poiché non volevano risolvere il problema, ci hanno spostato in un’altra struttura (appartenente alla stessa catena). Nessun supporto ne assistenza da parte di booking.

Pros:

Είχαμε κλήση την junior suite με την ιδιωτική πισίνα, ο Κύριος στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και μας ενημέρωσε για τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το πρωινό είχε τα πάντα...
Τα λέμε του χρόνου που θα έρθουμε με τα παιδιά μας...

Pros:

Breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly and kind. The receptionist gentleman was very helpful when we had numerous problems from day one to the last day.

Cons:

From the time of our arrival to the hotel, the room toilet was filthy, and the fridge and TV were not working. The floor was covered with small insects. The duty receptionist was useless, and she expected us to clean the toilet because there was no cleaner on duty, until I started protesting. I demanded a different room, and she said that the hotel was full. We spent a night in that room, and it was a nightmare. The following day, the reception manager, a very nice person, tried to solve the problem by giving us another room, but this time the toilet in the bathroom was leaking. They could not fix it during our stay, and our 3-night small holiday was ruined.
