Pros:

I ve spent half my life in hotels. And there s been really good and exclusive ones among them. Still , seldom did a place catch my heart and sympathy like this family built place. You feel the passion and experience of the owner, who built this place on his own, in every corner of this incredible cosy and beautiful hotel! Probably the best country place hotel of Colombia. Needless to say how nice Miguel, his wife and staff are . Loved every second being there !

Todo en este espectacular hotel, funciona. Excelente servicio, ubicación, atencióm, alojamiento, desayuno, etc.
Recomendable ciento por ciento.

Gracious, comfortable family-run hotel in San Agustin
Pros:

We spent 3 nights at the friendly, gracious family run hotel. Miguel and Franci, the Estorake's owners, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answering questions, and arranging transportation, including driving us to and from a nearby parrilla for a late dinner.
Our large room had a king size bed and a single bed with lots of room for luggage. Outside was comfortable seating on the covered veranda with views of the extensive, beautiful gardens.
The hotel is a short drive from the archeological park and a short walk from town.
We would definitely stay there again if we return to San Agustin.

Nice mid-sized hotel near the centre and the archeological park
Pros:

Nice mid-sized but still small hotel with a few very nice rooms in well-maintained grounds. Definitely a good choice, price-quality made sense.

Location-wise it's on the main road just after San Agustin, close enough to the centre to walk back into town for dinner/lunch/whatever, and in the other direction only a few kilometres from the entrance of the archeological park.

Cons:

It was a bit quiet, staff tried to liven things up, but it felt a bit impersonal somehow. It's a hotel that probably needs a few more visitors than just our family group to have more of a vibe. Too small to be corporate (good thing!), too big to be with just a few people?
