Great vacation site
Pros:

1. Close to the village, the lake and easy access to external road
2. Enough parking
3. Breakfast varied for anything you might dream of: vegetablease, cheese, 3-4 types of salame, boiled eggs and scrambled. If you ask, they' ll make you an omlette on the spot, cakes, fruits, gems, yogurts, juices, coffee,....
4. Large room with great view of the lake (if room book such a room)
5. Reception personel always ready to help. Everyone spoke good english (for those that do not speak german)

Cons:

1. Elevator - for myself was perfect; but my friends had rooms that they had to carry-up luggage on several stairs
2. Room maintenance: I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. When the tissues box (initially less than a wuarter full) emptied, it was not replanished.
3. Towels - twice we left wet towels on the floor and they were not replaced. Luckly we had a bag with additional towels for when you go to the sea- shore, so we took from there.
4. Tea bags ended after 3 days and they were not replenished.
I know that 2, 3 and 4 are small things that I might have solved with the help of the reception.

Gyönyörű helyen lévő , kissé megkopott szálloda .
Pros:

Pozitív volt , hogy a szállásadó magasabb kategóriájú szobát adott eredeti ár mellett ! Reggeli megfelelő volt . Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda , kilátás kifogástalan , kulturált kert , igényes csónakház - mindennel felszerelve.

Cons:

Szálloda parkolója nem nagyon rendezett , gazdátlannak tűnik ... Szálloda földszinti halljának parkettája kopottas , megérne egy felújítást.

Peaceful and stunning.
Pros:

This was our second stay at this spectacular property. Everything is always clean and tidy. The “Panorama” room is very spacious and features a stunning view of Wolfgangsee. The buffet breakfast again included an impressive assortment of savoury and sweet offerings. There is safe and secure parking with easy access to an elevator. The village of St Gilgen is quiet, safe and features some quaint and friendly cafes and eateries. My wife and I both loved our stay at St Gilgen and will definitely be returning here again.
