Tragiczny kontakt i zameldowanie , zapłaciliśmy za dwa pokoje , dostaliśmy kod do jednego, po kontakcie z tel odesłano nas na booking - booking do właściciela takie odbijanie piłeczki. W końcu po wykłuceniu się NA INFO TEL. właściciel podał kod do skrzynki z kartami do drugiego pokoju- skrzynka była pusta i kart nie było. Coś grubo nie działa check-in.

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp perfekt
Pros:

Wir haben eine unkomplizierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Nacht gesucht, dafür war das Hotel bestens geeignet :) Der Self-Check-In war super einfach, in den Mails waren alle nötigen Informationen! Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein - hat gut gepasst :) Von unserem Zimmer aus konnte man sogar das Bachrauschen hören, ein kleines Plus für mich!

Cons:

Leider ist die Ausstattung in den Zimmern sehr dürftig - es gibt wirklich nur das notwendigste. Für eine Nacht ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu wenig (keine Gläser am Zimmer etc.). Nebenan gabs Party, man hat den Bass bis ins Zimmer gemerkt.

Ogólnie pobyt w porządku.
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, pokoje super.

Cons:

Bardzo uboga oferta śniadaniowa. Niewiele wszystkiego. W porównaniu z innymi obiektami, to na prawdę słabo wypada.

Már nem először voltunk itt, és nem is utoljára. Nagyon jó fekvés, a szálloda tiszta, a személyzet kedves. Nagyon szépen köszönjük.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch schön. Geteilter Balkon nicht so optimal gelöst.

Pros:

Die Familiensuite war schön groß, die Betten sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Sauna im Haus ist gut ausgestattet! Gutes WLAN. Einfaches Check-in. Frühstück war okay, nichts außergewöhnliches - Kaffee sehr gut.

Cons:

Für ca. 25 Zimmer gibt es 4 freie Parkplätze! Damit sollte man nicht werben! Zimmerreinigung bestand aus Mülleimer leeren und Handtücher wechseln - es wurden nie Betten gemacht oder Bad geputzt! Der Balkon war total schmutzig, an den Zimmerdecken Spinnweben. Muffiger Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung, ganz extrem roch der Abfluss im Bad! Es gibt eine Kapselmaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, allerdings sind keine Tassen oder Gläser vorhanden und einen Elektrokamin, der nicht funktioniert. Bar und Restaurant werden nicht mehr betrieben. Der Frühstücksraum entspricht dem eines Low-budget-Hotels. Uns fehlten vor Ort Ansprechpartner bezüglich Massage etc.
Fazit: von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel sind wir Vielreisenden Besseres gewohnt!

Pros:

Gute Lage, Zimmer schon älter, aber sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist okay. War beruflich unterwegs, für eine Nacht okay. Urlaub würde ich dort nicht machen, dabei hätte das Hotel sicher viel Potential

Cons:

Am schlimmsten war der ständige Zigarettenrauch der durch die Badlüftung ins Zimmer kommt, ekelhaft! Kommunikation mit keyone schwierig. Kein Personal vor Or (war bekannt) ausser beim Frühstück. Zuständige Mann beim Frühstück grüßt nicht einmal, isst selbst als erstes am Buffet. Tisch muss man selbst abräumen, er wischt nicht einmal nach Verlassen die Brösel weg. Keine Trennwand am Balkon, Zimmer überhitzt, habe mich nicht getraut als beruflich alleinreisende Frau die Balkontür über Nacht geöffnet zu lassen weil im Nebenzimmer ein Mann gewohnt hat der dank fehlender Trennwand jederzeit ins Zimmer könnte.
