Potentially nice hotel but after reconstruction
Pros:

Nice but older hotel located on the hill in forests above Thessaloniki with panoramic views from the property over the city and an adequately and nicely configured outdoor swimming pool area. The breakfast service though provides a restricted selection of items but fulfills baseline requirements, offering cereals, dairy products, eggs, sausages, juices, and hot beverages. Overall, the facility functions within acceptable parameters despite the total required renovation.

Cons:

The property is operational but requires comprehensive cosmetic and infrastructure renovation. Floor coverings, specifically the carpets, exhibit advanced wear and require replacement. Installed room equipment is significantly aged but remains functional. The air conditioning units maintain thermal parameters but emit elevated acoustic noise during operation.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud en te duur.
Pros:

Locatie te opzichte van de oude stad en het vliegveld. Dame bij het zwembad was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het hotel is verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Vooral de parkeerplaats en de buitenkant. Entree was redelijk netjes. De kamers ook oud en aan renovatie toe. De foto's van het zwembad kloppen niet qua onderhoud en sfeer. Veel muggen op de kamer.

Geschlossener Pool und das am11.6.!!!!
Shuttle Bus fährt nur Mittwoch bis Sonntag und erst ab 1530h!!!!

Pros:

L'emplacement hors de la ville est propice au calme.

Cons:

Malheureusement cet hôtel heberge des ouvriers d'un chantier voisin et ceux-ci font énormément de bruit le soir et le matin.
