Pros:

We had recently renovated room and there was nothing to complain about. Pet friendly. Good breakfest. For tourist walks perfect. About 15 minutes to Hinterstoder cable car parking.

Cons:

The beer was mediocre.

Pros:

Nas apartman byl zrekonstruovany a odpovidal fotografiim. Z balkonu byl hezky vyhled na udoli.

Cons:

V koupelne neni ani jeden hacek na zaveseni rucniku.
Detska herna je ošuntělá tak, ze se clovek štítí sednout si na gauč.
Po prijezdu jsme zjistili, ze je rozbita postel. Personal ji pomerne rychle opravil. Pobyt probihal pohodove, ale posledni vecer se rozbil odpad v polovine budovy (odtok v budove byl ucpany). Personal se omluvil a bylo nam oznameno, ze nesmime pouzivat vodu v koupelne ani v kuchyni, takze nebylo mozne si umyt ruce, jit na zachod, varit…. Museli jsme chodit o 2 patra niz, abychom pouzili sdilene toalety a sprchu s hosty z ostatnich pokoju. Bylo to neprijemne, ale samozrejme se to muze stat, takze jsme to chapali. Nasledujici den pri odjezdu nas ale naprosto zklamal pristup pani majitelky. Pri placeni rekla, ze mame zaplatit vyssi mistni dan, nez jaka byla uvedena na booking.com pri rezervaci a cena byla konecne vcetne mistnich dani a poplatku. Kdyz jsme podotkli, ze nam prijde nemistne pote, co jsme posledni den zazili, pozadovat jeste doplatek navic, odvetila, ze rozbity odpad nebyla jejich vina a ze je to o lidech a vetsina zaplati. Vina samozrejme byla na strane penzionu, i kdyz to nebyl umysl. A ano, je to o lidech. Clovek, ktery ma proklientsky pristup, by si nikdy nedovolil po teto zkusenosti pozadovat jeste navyseni ceny. Navyseni jsme odmlitli, zaplatili jsme a pote zjistili, ze pani provozovatelka si navyseni stejne nauctovala. Vratili jsme se, pani rekla, ze ho nauctovala “omylem” a vratila nam ho. Slo o princip a toto nam zkazilo dojem z tohoto mista. Nedoporucujeme.

Klidná lokalita pár minut autem od strediska Hinterstoder😊Provozní i personál na 1*****😊Výborná komunikace ohledně ubytování a i na místě. Česky hovořící personál. Moznost koupit skipass na místě se slevou💪Pokoje zrenovované, čisté a prostorné. Některe i s kuchyňkou a veškerým vybavením😊Luxusní matrace😃Parkování primo pred penzionem zdarma. U penzionu i krasna zahrada (farma) s lamami🫠 Snídaně famózní a večeře na výběr z dvou menu😊(vzdy polevka,hlavni chod(masový i veggie) a zákusek. Vřele doporučuji!!!😊

Super Lage, von außen sehr schön und auf den ersten Blick gepflegt

Zimmer abgewohnt, Pool und Liegen nicht sehr einladend, wenig Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen, nur Tschechisches Personal, für den Gesamteindruck überteuert, insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Zimmer großzügige aber leider ist alles veraltet

-Fernseher funktionierte nicht
-nur 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl, andere Gäste bekamen komplett was anderes zum essen
3 Hühnerflügel mit Kartoffelröster 14,90€....eindeutig zu teuer
