Pros:

The staff was very friendly, they let us store our bags and even use the shower after the check-out. There is a sauna and a ski storage room, which is very practical and comfortable. The location is just great in the center of the village and only about 5 min walk from the ski lift.

Cons:

Breakfast could be served earlier to allow for a quicker exit to go skiing as early as possible.

Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war super. Für Kurzurlaub war das Zimmer ok.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein. Ins Doppelbett konnte man nur von einer Seite. Das ist für Senioren nicht ideal.

Это отель, где действительно чувствуешь себя как дома.Замечательные хозяйки на ресепшн, Anita и Michaela, вежливые и готовые помочь в любом вопросе. Меня без проблем поселили раньше на два часа, когда забирал вещи после катания на лыжах, разрешили воспользоваться душем.Еще раз сердечно благодарю этих прекрасных женщин! Великолепный, очень разнообразный и обильный завтрак со свежими фруктами, молочными и мясными продуктами, горячими блюдцами. Веганы тоже не останутся голодными. Прекрасный кофе из кофемашины, свежий сок и выпечка. После долгого дня на горе к вашим услугам сауна, вечером ресторан прямо в здании отеля. Отель прекрасно расположен в самом центре города, 400 м от станции Zell am See и 400 м до подъемника City Xpress. Чистота в комнате и санузле, кофемашина в номере, все выше ожидания. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte mit mehr Liebe gemacht sein. Die Duschwand bzw auch der Duschkopf waren nicht ganz in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig.
