El lavamanos estaba sucio, al parecer el anterior huésped se había afeitado y el lavamanos no fue limpiado, adicionalmente el baño no tenía papel higiénico.

El peor hotel de booking
Pros:

NADA PÉSIMO por favor no ir a ese hotel

Cons:

La receptionista no sabe cómo se usa booking me cobraron de mas porque según ellos por usar booking yo tengo que pagar mas, las installationes y cuartos parecen de una carcel super incomodos, me cancelaron la reserva según ellos porque no me vieron en el hotel al otro dia cuando en sus cuartos dicen que no se hacen responsables por tu cosas que dejen ahí

La ubicación y amabilidad de las recepcionistas

Cons:

El cuarto tenia un olor insoportable a cigarrillo ,la habitación estaba limpia ,pero el olor tan penetrable a cigarrillo le quitó puntación ,recomiendo usar ambientador de pisos y dejar ventanas abiertas para que el aire le de sanidad al lugar ,nos tocó dormir con el aire prendido para dejar de sentir ese desagradable olor a cigarro y eso que la habitación tenía un letrero de respire tranquilo aire libre de contaminación,por lo demás bien , la habitación bonita ,bien ubicado y el personal atento .

Would not recommend. Horrible experience
Pros:

I can’t think of anything worthy of a positive review

Cons:

First room: “a suite”, the toilet is in the bedroom, no privacy whatsoever.

There was a cockroach on the bed

Everything about this place so far says motel… not hotel

Upon complaining, they offer zero refunds and suggest a different room. Of course, rooms with doors to the bathroom don’t have jacuzzis which I paid for. Second room the “door” was a plastic blind that was broken and doesn’t lock or close completely, the sink doesn’t drain.

We didn’t want to stay the night. But our car was locked in the parking area. We left the next morning and didn’t get a refund for the remaining day.

I recommend Hotel Casa Blanca… far better experience.
