Just what we needed, a moment of peace in a hectic life.
Pros:

This was a weekend away as part of my partners birthday celebrations. The staff made our stay wonderful even though it was sadly only a couple of nights away. On booking they explained that they had a function happening in the hotel on one of the evenings. Although concerned about this there was really no issue in the end other than a few doors being slammed late at night when people were leaving.
The food and service were fantastic, and the room was extremely comfortable and a lovely space to stay in.

I should also note, that I managed to leave an expensive pair of sunglasses in the hotel, these were located and posted back to me without delay.

Cons:

I can't honestly criticize the hotel other than the restaurant not being available on the night of the function but its understandable and it was easy to get a bus into St Peter's Port for dinner.

Tremendous hotel
Pros:

Central location on the island. Exceptional bedroom and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the evening meal menus all of which were very tasty and super service

Excellent choice of hotel
Pros:

A superb stay from start to finish. Staff were consistently attentive without being intrusive, and the rooms were of an outstanding standard—modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s quiet setting made it easy to unwind, and the high level of cleanliness was evident everywhere. Its location is excellent, giving you both convenience and a sense of retreat.

Such a lovely hotel to spend our time in Guernsey.
Pros:

It had everything we wanted, food great, staff very helpful and attentive. We were glad we were in the centre of the island as no where was far. So glad we had a car.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff
Pros:

Located centrally - easy to get anywhere on the island. Right by the airport too. We had access to a little balcony from our room (although there wasn’t much of a view)

Cons:

Not really a dislike - the bed was a little soft for our preference, but was nice and big.

It was OK we have stayed many times before, this was not the same
Cons:

We had the evening meal, this I thought was poor. We were directed towards the Sunday Roast, unfortunately as it was the evening the potatoes were the lunchtime reheated as was the meat. I left both

Pros:

Very comfortable quiet room. The mattress, bedding, and towels were all excellent quality. The bathroom and shower again excellent.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and extended over a generous time range.
On two evenings we had dinner in the restaurant and the food and prices were very good.
We relaxed on the grounds for an extended period of time after checking out on the day we were flying out. We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't that hot.

Cons:

We really liked the hotel but it could have had a slightly lower nightly rate (£140-£150 per night more realistically rather than £160).
The Island bus schedules changed on the day of our arrival which meant the bus route servicing the hotel no longer went to the airport, where we could have conveniently changed to other routes to explore the island (as the route does all summer). To access other bus routes, and the airport, we had to travel by bus into St Peter Port and change there.

Great place, Great staff, nice location.
Pros:

Nice decor, Staff were very attentive. They supplied pool towels for the heated pool, An umbrella when it rained & a breakfast for our early start. Plenty of parking, and a 3kw EV charger for 1 vehicle. If you flew, the airport is 1.3miles / 2.1km away. 30-40min bus ride (Route 71) into to town (St.Peter Port)

Pros:

The breakfast was good quality and the choice was very good loved the pancakes. The evening meals were great stayed there for 10 nights and eat in the restaurant ever night as the food and choice was so good. The location was good if you did not want to drive bus stop right out side every hour. The staff could not do enough for you, the place was spotless. would recommend this place and will be back.
