Great place to stay
Pros:

Exceptional staff. Always helpful, obliging, courteous. Service top notch. Excellent food too. Room spacious and very comfortable. Most enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Only minor drag was 20-minute bus ride into St Peter Port.

Pros:

Helpful staff, lovely layout and presentation in public areas. Room very clean with great hospitality tray and homemade shortbread left each day. Breakfasts great, as was lunch in the bar and dinner in the evening. Would definitely recommend and hope to return someday.

A Hidden Treasure, everything you could wish for
Pros:

The farmhouse staff were delightful
The atmosphere was warm and very friendly
Nothing was too much for them.
I was surprised, this is an incredible place to eat and stay.
I would like to thank the manger and all his staff, they have created a wonderful place

its a very rare place, there is nothing to dislike

We enjoyed the hotel's unique character and ambience - definitely a case of much in little!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful welcome from Reception. Our Junior Suite was spacious and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal and appreciated the attentive service. There was also an impressive range of well-presented breakfast options - from simple Continental to a virtually a la carte array of Full Breakfasts (including delicious porridge!).

Cons:

The only negative feature was to be woken before 7 am by the loud conversations between room cleaning staff nearby.

Le restaurant : on a l'impression d'être poussé un peu trop à la consommation d'extra , cuisine moyenne.

Bel établissement ! Manque de professionnalisme de la part du personnel à l’exception du personnel de chambre de qualité

Alarme incendie a sonné à 1:30 du matin! Le personnel la veille avait dit de faire le 300 pour appeler si problème ! Ce qui a été fait ! Personne n’a répondu ! Le lendemain j’ai appris que tout le personnel était là et que personne n’a répondu !
