Comfortable hotel with luxury touches.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, rooms very comfortable with little extras like bath robes, slippers, water. Very comfortable bed. Restful location. The staff were extremely helpful.

Absolutly excellent
Pros:

My daughter visited Geurnsey during Christmas 2025 and fell in love with the island. Therefor I decided to go and experience it by myself brining my youngste on 13 years old.
We decided to stay at the same hotel.
We travel quite a lot so I have a lot of references, however this hotel has so many things to offer. Very serviceminded and nice staff. Extremely good breakfast where you order every morning from a menu card, excelent rooms and they listen to your needs.
Last hotel we visited was the Marrols in Bartislava. A 5+ hotel, but my youngeste thought this was far better.
Unfortunately my husband couldn't come this time, but I will definatly come back, not just for Geurnsey, but for the hotel.
Highly recommend

Cons:

Maybe the beds were a little hard, but I'm very light, but my daughters thought they were very good and comfortable.

The service was attentive, the bed extremely comfortable and the area quite.
Pros:

Book the breakfast with the bed, as it can be expensive if bought separately. The continental breakfast was nice and the cooked breakfast options plentiful.
The bed was comfortable, there was a separate bath in the room in font of the walk in shower which was unusual, but a nice option as you could watch the television whilst in the bath. Great selection in mini bar.

Cons:

The shower tap was loose which made it hard to get the water the correct temperature.
Toilet flush was faulty.
