A Wonderful Stay, Proposal, and Hopefully More Cooperative Management in thr Future.
Pros:

Wonderful location for quick access to multiple local areas and neighbouring towns, a beautiful and aesthetic lobby, garden and room. The staff were great, and always willing to help, despite my lack of german, they were very helpful in English. Furthermore, they were very hospitable and solution oriented. I intend to visit gunti often and will definitely stay here everytime, it's the third hotel I tried and so far my favourite. This was the visit during which my fiancé proposed to me, and as such it will always be magical.

Cons:

My only issue was one I had with the hotel management, which I will not mention in this review. They refused to acknowledge a serious issue we had, however, as I don't want to negatively affect staff, I will not mention anything. My only note is that I wish hotel management was more willing to cooperate with issues. I shall avoid sharing the Käse incident as an image, as they are well aware.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - ruhiges Zimmer - leider war das Restaurant geschlossen. Die Bar und der nette Außenbereich verdienen mehr Besucher - allerdings gibt es verschiedene Heurige in der Nähe, wo man gut sitzen, essen und trinken kann. Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten mit der Baden-Bahn, die sowohl bis Centrum Baden fährt, als auch bis Wien-Opernplatz. Das Auto kann somit einfach am Hotel stehen bleiben.

Pros:

Kurzfristig buchbar, Sauna im Haus, Parkmöglichkeit, preislich attraktiv, Frühstück ausreichend

Cons:

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise sehr abgenutzt, im Saunabereich keine Toilette, Lift vom Saunabereich Richtung Zimmer nicht nutzbar, kann nicht gerufen werden weil Schalter defekt, Zimmer sehr warm, keine Klima, kein Insektenschutz
