Das freundliche Personal,
der tolle Gastgarten,
das reichliche Frühstücksbuffet (das Rührei vom Feinsten).
Der Wintergarten zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Hotel so sehr abgewohnt ist.
Der Teppichboden im Zimmer 115 mit Flecken, die Badewanne abgeschlagen und die Sesselbezüge verschliessen.
Leider ist der Straßenlärm bei offenem Fenster sehr laut.

Is was a realy nice surprise.
Pros:

Nice location for tranzit or visiting Viena and the area, without being in the busy area. The owners and staff are realy nice and helpful, plus they speak English. The breakfast was good and divers. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds, even if a bit outdated, but that's part of the charm as well. The biggest plus is the garden, that is cool even in a hot summer day. Also the room was ok as temperature, even without AC, even if outside the temperature was 35+

Also dog friendly. 😁

Der Aufenthalt war geschäftlich für nur eine Nacht - Personal super freundlich und hilfreich - alles sehr unkompliziert.
Frühstück war gut Alles sauber und eine ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Prijeten manjši družinski hotel, mirna lokacija, 100 m stran od hotela želežniška postaja kjer potrebuješ 20 min do centra Dunaja, soba topla, tiha in čista, zajtrk vrhunski (več vrst salame, sira, pečena in mešana jajca, kosmiči, granule, jogurti, več vrst kruha, sokovi, kavo ti postrežejo, ....), parking pred hotelom..

I confirmed arrival time twice via booking app and by messaging the hotel. On our arrival the hotel was closed. Why confirm? Why couldn't they said right away that they are closed at 7pm on a weekday. Not a crazy ask. I wouldn't be mad if they had denied the request.
