Bien, pero con condicionantes.
Pros:

Buena ubicación cerca del lago.
El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Al estar ubicado en lo alto de una colina, el viento es terrible, difícil conciliar el sueño. Además, de ser una estancia sin aire acondicionado ni calefacción y hacia bastante frio.

Het personeel was aardig. Ze waren gastvrij.
Het uitzicht was heel mooi. De kamer was ruim en we hadden meer dan voldoende bedden.

Cons:

Het pand is aan renovatie toe. Er zat schimmel op muren en plafonds. Het was niet schoon. We hadden het koud en vroegen om een extra deken. Deze was niet aanwezig. .

Pros:

Het personeel probeert je het erg naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt is erg goed, en ik heb een heater gekregen voor in mijn kamer toen het erg koud werd. Het uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer was geweldig.

Cons:

De eerste nacht was er een festival in het dorp, en toen was er erg veel muziek en mensen die hard praatten in de gangen. De muren zijn erg dun, dus ik heb die nacht niet veel geslapen. De andere nachten waren stiller daarentegen, dus ik zou je er niet te druk over maken.

The warmth of both the staff and the comfort of the beds almost made us forget about the cold.
Pros:

The view was stunning — at least for the short time we could enjoy it before the clouds rolled in. The weather in Nuwara Eliya was pretty brutal during our visit, but the hotel itself was incredibly comforting and felt so luxurious. The balcony was the perfect spot to sip some tea and enjoy the light breeze.

We booked a triple room, and it was HUGE. The rest room had such a relaxing vibe — great for singing songs and soaking in the view — though we did feel a bit chilly there because of the weather. But the beds more than made up for it: they had the warmest blankets, and the hot water worked perfectly, which made our stay so much more comfortable. We could see the view of roads, hills , clouds and whatnot just from the bed, laying down. The room had a warm heater as well which helped us survive the EXTREME cold.

The manager was truly splendid at his job — he welcomed us so warmly that we instantly felt at home (He even said i could read the books upstairs and was SO FRIENDLY). And the breakfast he prepared was absolutely what got us through the cruel train ride in such harsh weather. Thank you for the warm sandwich, juice and fruits.

Cons:

The only thing that made our stay a bit challenging was the weather. It was actually scary at times, with the strong winds howling outside. The noises were a little creepy, even though I knew the doors and windows were perfectly secured.

Pros:

We had a really nice stay, even though it was just for one night. The food was delicious, and they thoughtfully catered to our dietary needs. The walk to the tea plantation was absolutely beautiful—we took so many great pictures! The host was exceptionally wonderful and went the extra mile by decorating our room for my husband's birthday. Thank you for making our stay so special! Decent accommodation for a one night stay .

The staff couldn’t advise much on organising the train which was a shame. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.
