wunderbarer Aufenthalt, komme wieder!
Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer, super Pool, Ruhe und trotzdem zentrale Lage, Frühstück sehr gut. Restaurant hat große Auswahl und war sehr gut. Preislich ebenso top.

We liked the stay, but with just some nimor improvements, it would be much better.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is quiet and calm even at night. The parking is big, and you always get a place. The pool was very nice, clean, cozy, and, for the size of the hotel, big enough.

Cons:

The room did not smell good; it had AC, and the pump for excess water from the AC was very loud. The problem is at night. There were too few sunbeds or other places near the pool, and most of them were broken or torn. There are also too few sunshades, especially during these heatwaves.

Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, Matratzen z.T. durchgelegen. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant schmutzige Tische und Stühle, das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber.

The room without AC was really uncomfortable to sleep in. At 37 degrees outside in the summer and AC should be must.

Décevant et à éviter
Pros:

La position de l'hôtel à côté de l'autoroute.

Cons:

A notre arrivée à 7 heures du soir, après 1000 kms en voiture, nous apprenons que notre chambre n'est pas disponible.
Ils nous ont assurés que ce n'était pas de leur faute mais celle de booking malgré la preuve d'échange d'email ainsi que l'impression de notre réservation.
Solutions proposées : changer d'hôtel en allant à Graz ou bien prendre une chambre pour 3 alors que nous étions 4. De plus, rajouter un lit semblait impossible et surtout les "embêtait"fortement.
La chambre proposée était petite, sale et sans climatisation.
A aucun moment, ils ont proposé un geste commercial mis à part l'assurance d'être remboursés.
Nous somme restés aussi manger dans leur restaurant : Les portions généreuses et les plats très bons, le service agréable.
Cependant, tout cela gâché par les mouches et la chaleur insupportable dans une salle aquarium...
Pour finir, nous sommes partis à la recherche d un nouvel hotel que nous avons trouvé à 9h ...

Solidní hotel na přespání při cestě. V místě je i restaurace a možnost snídaně. Parkování zdarma před hotelem. Jako bonus je bazén. Výhodný poměr cena/výkon.

Není klimatizace. Pouze větrák.

Der Pool und die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze ein Traum. Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Tote Fliegen wurden scheinbar nicht immer weggekehrt.

Pros:

In ons geval de airco. We waren er toen het heel heet was en in de kamer was het heel fijn koud. Het personeel van het restaurant was ook heel vriendelijk. Perfect zwembad, had van mij zeker in de zomer tot later open mogen zijn.
