Beautiful, comfortable hotel with friendly staff but spa services were disappointing.
Pros:

The property was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I booked the hotel because of the spa and pool. The pool is heated but not heated enough. It was a bit too cold to really enjoy it. The spa was nice but it was disappointing that I was not able to book a massage as there is only one staff that does this.

Too pricey! Only the food is amazing!
Pros:

The pool was nice and the spa! The dinner was GREAT!! Really worth it to stay in for dinner!! The staff was lovely!

Cons:

The room was not luxurious enough for its price. Its really simple. At since point the lamp next to our bed had a mini explosion and electricity went off! We did not receive a special treatment after this incident!

Ideal location, hotel is run with love
Pros:

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail.
Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain.
Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

Pros:

The whole hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, architecture and design of very high quality. I was absolutely delighted by the smell in the room. The staff is very friendly. Everywhere clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner is very high culinary affair which will energize you for the whole day. The wellness and spa are beautifully decorated fragrant and cozy. I will be happy to come back here again for a few days..
