Pros:

Las instalaciones y el trato del personal. Hacer snorkel es totalmente recomendado y el arrecife es una pasada.

Cons:

La comida estaba buena, pero era menú cerrado, no tenías opción a escoger platos; y las bebidas que no son agua se cobran aparte.

Absolute Erholung in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super schön aufgebaut. Man bekommt recht wenig von anderen Gästen mit und fühlt sich sehr exklusiv. Das Personal ist großartig, sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr respektvoll mit uns umgegangen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und werden nicht das letzte Mal dort zu Gast gewesen sein!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zweitbettzimmer mit „Aufbettung“. Laut Booking ist es für drei Personen ausgelegt. Unser Zimmer war (bis auf das dritte Bett) für 2 Personen ausgestattet - zwei Gläser, zwei Stühle etc. - obwohl wir den vollen Preis für die 3. Person gezahlt haben. Da gerne nochmal nachbessern!

Pros:

Die Lodge ist sehr schön gelegen und ruhig. Man kann super abschalten.
Nabil, der F&B Manager, ist eine Seele von Mensch und absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang ist unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten am ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser und mussten jedes Mal den Wasserhahn 10 (!) min aufdrehen, damit es warm wurde (eco friendly!?).

A beautiful and thoughtful place to stay, offering a truly memorable experience.
Pros:

Breakfast
Breakfast was very nice indeed. It could perhaps benefit from a little more variety for guests staying longer. When staying for a week, having the same items in the same position every day can become a little repetitive, so the occasional local speciality or small variation would make it even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall we liked everything very much. The only area that could be improved is communication from reception. Staff were pleasant, but not very informative about what the hotel offers. Some of the lovely experiences, such as the museum, library and other areas, we discovered by ourselves rather than being introduced to them.
It would also be wonderful if the additional activities were explained or personally suggested to guests (for example massages, yoga, etc.). A little more guidance would help guests make the most of the experience.
The massage room and yoga space could also perhaps be made more in keeping with the overall atmosphere and quality of the hotel.

Ein Ort zum Ankommen und Durchatmen
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wadi Sabarah Lodge war einfach fantastisch – 10 von 10 Punkten in jeder Hinsicht.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Nabil und sein grossartiges Team.
Nabil kümmert sich mit so viel Aufmerksamkeit, Herzlichkeit und Professionalität darum, dass wirklich jeder Wunsch erfüllt wird.
Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein willkommener Teil einer kleinen Familie.

Auch Sayed sowie Abdel und Abdu verdienen höchste Anerkennung. Das gesamte Team arbeitet mit so viel Engagement, Freundlichkeit und Präsenz, dass man sich rundum umsorgt fühlt.
Ein grosses Dankeschön geht auch an das gesamte Küchenteam. Die Küche war hervorragend, jeden Tag frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Ein grosses Kompliment ebenfalls an das Reinigungspersonal, die gesamte Anlage ist aussergewöhnlich sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet.
Hier wird Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt.
Die Lodge ist ein Ort der Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen, Abschalten und die Zeit bewusst zu geniessen.
Die Atmosphäre ist friedlich, stilvoll und einfach traumhaft.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder, eine absolute Empfehlung

Great place for those who appreciate hotels with eco features where tranquility is reality not marketing trick
Pros:

This place is fabulous! We loved many things. I believe the biggest treasure are people working in the restaurant ! Nabil with his team is great! They look after people so nice that you feel welcomed from the first moment you enter this place. Chef is doing great job! Veggie lunches and full reach and with great variety dinners. We went for full board options and this was the right option. We loved that this hotel is relatively small , very quiet with only nice jazzy music in background for dinners and breakfast. Filer water was available 24/7 . We loved the library with daily presentations on nature. This place is ideal for those who want to disconnect and recharge batteries! Thank you team! We will be back

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wadi Sabarah Lodge. Das Personal war super lieb, vom Empfang bis zum Restaurantpersonal. Sayed und seine Kollegen haben sich immer wundervoll um uns gekümmert und uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

Das Essen war super gut. Die Lodge fokussiert sich hier auf ägyptisch lokales Essen, das Abendessen ist immer ein festes Menü, entweder mit Fleisch/Fisch oder vegetarisch. Die Portionengrösse ist sehr gross, wir konnten selten alles aufessen. Auch Salat ist hier safe to eat, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Frühstück ist Buffet, europäisch und ägyptisch. Auf Nachfrage gibt's super gute Falaffel. 

Es gibt eine Wasserflatrate, bei der man für einen Euro pro Nacht und Person unbegrenzt Trinkwasser dabei hat, gekühlt und auf Wunsch mit Sprudel. 

Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön, alle mit Balkon, und wenn wir es richtig gesehen haben, auch alle mit Meerblick. Andere Kommentare, die sich über Mücken beschweren, können wir so nicht nachvollziehen. Es hatte einige Mücken, aber alle Zimmer sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. 

Das Hausriff ist auch sehr schön, bei unserem Aufenthalt war es nur leider sehr windig, sodass wir wegen der Wellen nur wenig schnorcheln konnten.

Besonders cool: es gibt eine Bücherei mit einer grossen Vielfalt an Büchern, die immer zugänglich ist. Die Bücher selbst sind auch sehr cool, viel zu ägyptischer Kultur, Geschichte, etc. Und vieles auf deutsch.

Wir kommen sicher wieder, hoffentlich wenn es weniger Wind hat.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Wadi Sabarah Lodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The highlight of the stay was a special dinner organised for us, which made the experience truly memorable.

When we encountered a minor issue with our room at the beginning of the stay, the stuff immediately arranged a better room for us, beautiful one with library and front sea view to enjoy the sunrises. The lodge itself feels like a retreat - peaceful, unique, and very special. Beautiful sea and desert views, tasty food, relaxing pool and pleasant, quiet atmosphere to rest and recharge.

Cons:

There are things to be improved, however the hotel stuff takes care about comments and is responsive.

Also the place is expanding, so it may become even more attractive in the future.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Wadi Sabarah. Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Größe, genau die richtige Ausstattung mit Pool, schönem Restaurant und Tauchschule und traumhafte Zimmer mit Meerblick. Rundum hat uns alles gefallen und auch das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders unser Kellner Mina hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und hatte genau die richtige Mischung aus Professionalität, Humor und Unterhaltung. Würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Beautiful boutique- perfect for discerning travelers - I plan to return and would highly recommend .
Pros:

Elegant boutique property in a beautiful location. Staff were lovely; highly organised; genuine; friendly and attentive. The architecture is stylish and I loved the garden and the birds it attracts; especially as the surrounding desert is completely uncultivated and feels very remote.
The transport that they organised for the airport was the best that I used in the area (safe, reliable & reasonably priced). As a vegan I was happy with my food options and thought that the breakfast was great. The beach has a red flag system and while I was there the dive school staff were supervising the beach and telling people not to swim.

Cons:

My bedroom was beautiful (room 104)- but the bathroom had an issue with the drain and flooded. It was obviously an on going issue as the bathroom was incredibly musty.

Prachtig huisrif, super lief personeel, fantastisch eten, mooi zwembad, aandacht voor natuur.

Cons:

De staat van het hotel is nu nog goed, maar er moet wel doorlopend aandacht voor blijven (roest, defecten, kitranden, etc.)

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Des repas jusqu'au cours de plongée de emperor dive Center.

Nous sommes resté 5 jours à whadi sabarrah pour profiter de la beauté sous marine des récifs de la mer rouge.

Le séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans la gentillesse et la générosité du staff.

Un remerciement tout particulier à Mina et Abdou pour leur service impeccable et nos échanges !

A Sayed pour ses blagues et son sourire communicatif.

Bravo à a Nabil et toute l'équipe du tamarisk le restaurant de l'hôtel car chaque repas étaient délicieux !

Si vous passez à marsa Alam c'est a Whadi sabarrah lodge que vous devez séjourner.
