friendly and modern guesthouse
Pros:

this is a newly-built, family-run guesthouse. Common, fully equipped kitchen, own parking.
One of the rooms had view over the Kremsmünster Abbey. Silent place. The village centrum is 50 meters away. Not far from motorway, therefore suitable for transit travellers. We met the friendly owner family: at the checkin the friendly son of the owners helped us, at the checkout the husband, and the online communication by the wife, we felt comfortable. In the room was a sink, a fridge. At the common kitchen there is also a cofee automata and drink vending machine. On the walls decorations. Congratulation for making such a nice place!

Cons:

some small equipment already weard out, and the kitchen part is not shiny clean.
