La vue était magnifique et la chambre de nos amis aussi, le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.

Jai réservé une chambre via booking et rendu sur place il ny avait aucune réservation a mon nom et aucune chambre de disponible. Ils ont installés un lit dans la chambre de nos amis, une chance quon était avec eux car nous n'étions pas dans notre pays, aucune autre solution. Dans la chambre de nos amis la douche n'était pas fonctionnelle, aucune eau n'en sortait et meme le lavabo en avait très peu. Très difficile de dormir avec les party dans la rue avoisinante, apparemment c'est comme cela tout les vendredis samedi et dimanche. De plus malgré le personnel très gentil, il a ete très difficile de payer notre facture avant de quitter l'hôtel car notre serveur de la veille n'était pas sur place et les employés ne parlaient ni français ni anglais.

Pros:

Muy buena experiencia excelente atención, muy cómoda la habitación muy acorde al precio, la comida muy buena y buen precio, Roberto dio un excelente servicio, y Alex desde hotel la Pólvora en Granada fue un muy buen enlace.
La vista a la laguna bellísima, el ambiente muy agradable.

Cons:

Que no me gustó, tienen un ligero problema con el estacionamiento, bastante reducido.
El número de teléfono convencional no funciona nunca.
No responden los correos cuando uno hace la reserva. Sugiero que pongan rótulos o una mejor dirección para llegar al local.

Das Hotel El Guayacán ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich sofort wohl.

Die Aussicht ist einfach unfassbar schön. Hoch oben auf dem Berg gelegen, konnten wir uns kaum sattsehen an dem Blick über den See bis hin zum Vulkan Mombacho. Besonders vom oberen Zimmer aus war der Ausblick am Morgen einfach traumhaft.

Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und das abendliche Menü absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I felt like I was staying in a luxury private home
Pros:

Pros:

Todo. Las vistas espectaculares. La cama extra grande y cómoda. Aire acondicionado que no hacía nada de ruido. Baño con todo lo indispensable. Personal súper amable. Cenamos en el restaurante y la comida está muy buena. Parking gratis y seguro.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo!! Vista a la laguna de Apoyo increíbles. El único ruido que hay es de la naturaleza. Nos encantó este hotel.

Lovely property but food and drink overpriced.
Pros:

It was a beautiful property. The rooms were ver clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The road was very noisy in the morning at 5:30 am with large truck honking their horns.
Also the food and drinks were over priced. They ran out of white wine and had only tequila, rum and gin.
The food was just mediocre. We paid more for food than for our room.

Ein tolles Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage auf einem Hügel über dem Kratersee. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Vor allem der Gärtner leistet tolle Arbeit. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber das Management hat einige Hausaufgaben zu erledigen. Auf der Speisekarte des Restaurants gibt es nur ein vegetarisches Hauptgericht. Die Snacks am Pool sind fast ausschließlich Fast-Food. Obstsalat oder tropische Früchte, die in Nicaragua ansonsten überall zu finden sind, gibt es nicht. Getränkeauswahl ist überschaubar.
In Summe für Nicaragua ok, aber die eigenen Ansprüchen als "Spitzenhotel" erfüllt man mit diesem Speise- und Getränkeangebot nicht.
