the free breakfast was great, and had enough different choices for each day. The view from the property is amazing, you can't get a better view of Laguna de Apoyo and Mombacho volcano. The room was better than expected, the best hotel room we've had so far in Nicaragua. On the last day there was a power outage during dinner time. Initially they said they couldn't cook meals, but they surprised us and the food we ordered was delivered while the power was still out, so they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
They also have a pool at the hotel, we used it on one of the days, it is kept clean on a daily basis, so it was a great experience to sit in the pool and see the view.
Some of the staff speak good English as well, shoutout to Omar and Kevin for their amazing service in English
The Wifi had issues during our stay, it was down for most of the time we were there. It's not a big issue as we use Claro internet on our phones anyway. There was a power outage on the last day that lasted several hours, the hotel has no backup generator or any way to provide lights if this happens.
El lugar tiene una vista increible. El sitio se presta para poder visualizar la naturaleza y la vista del lago y el mombacho. La habitación super cómoda con lo necesario para pasar tranquilamente. La atención del personal es excelente. Si quieres más tranquilidad, recomendada la cabaña más que la suite.
En el sitio hay daypass y las áreas son compartidas con clientes de ese servicio, dejando poca privacidad y full utilizacion de las áreas como piscina y lugares donde estar. Practicamente te quedas casi que solo con la habitación en ese horario desde la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde.
The staff was really nice and friendly , very polite and helping and making sure we felt comfortable. The room was big , independent and private room from the hotel , stunning views from the lake .

Die Aussicht auf den See ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.
Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Wir waren 3Nächte da und es wurde nichts gemacht. Beim Abrechnen bitte genau schauen.Mir wurde 1Bier und Rum in Rechnung gestellt. Habe ich aber nicht konsumiert.Leider erst später gesehen.

La vue était magnifique et la chambre de nos amis aussi, le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.
Jai réservé une chambre via booking et rendu sur place il ny avait aucune réservation a mon nom et aucune chambre de disponible. Ils ont installés un lit dans la chambre de nos amis, une chance quon était avec eux car nous n'étions pas dans notre pays, aucune autre solution. Dans la chambre de nos amis la douche n'était pas fonctionnelle, aucune eau n'en sortait et meme le lavabo en avait très peu. Très difficile de dormir avec les party dans la rue avoisinante, apparemment c'est comme cela tout les vendredis samedi et dimanche. De plus malgré le personnel très gentil, il a ete très difficile de payer notre facture avant de quitter l'hôtel car notre serveur de la veille n'était pas sur place et les employés ne parlaient ni français ni anglais.

La vista a la laguna bellísima, el ambiente muy agradable.
Que no me gustó, tienen un ligero problema con el estacionamiento, bastante reducido.
El número de teléfono convencional no funciona nunca.
No responden los correos cuando uno hace la reserva. Sugiero que pongan rótulos o una mejor dirección para llegar al local.
El lugar es excepcional.
