Pros:

Siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare nella stessa camera ed è sembrato come di tornare "a casa". Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, struttura pulita bella e silenziosa. Struttura pet-friendly.

Cons:

Unico appunto fatto anche la scorsa volta, consiglio di aggiungere soluzione cruelty free al menù del ristorante. Sarebbe piacevole leggerci alternative veggie. Magari non un menu specifico o a parte ma magari qualche alternativa in più sarebbe gradita.

Ottimo e rilassante peccato che è stato troppo breve
Pros:

Stanze molto pulite, grandi, dotate di tutti i confort e letto comodo.
Personale molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Al momento del chek li abbiamo informati che il giorno successivo avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura al mattino presto, quindi ci hanno spiegato come fare per lasciare l'hotel in autonomia se il presonale della reception non fosse ancora arrivato e consegnato un buono per la prima colazione al bar.
La sera invece siamo stati informati che ci avrebbero servito in struttura la prima colazione, in anticipo rispetto all'orario applicato e nel buffet non mancava nulla, la reception era già operativa.

Soggiorno rilassante in mezzo alla natura.
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le località di interesse della zona. Ristorante curato con personale efficiente e gentile. Spa molto bella e gestita da una responsabile estremamente competente e cordiale. Area piscina bene attrezzata.

Cons:

Aspiratore del bagno che partiva senza motivo all’alba.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente in mezzo al verde. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Camere profumatissime e molto carine. Mangiare ottimo. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

L'unico appunto è la spa che ha bisogno di più manutenzione. E anche un pochino la piscina esterna.

La SPA è un pochino limitata, un prezzo non eccessivo, ma per esempio manca un calidarium/frigidarium per le gambe, manca una vasca ad alta temperatura....
