Location, great host, super clean. Apartment was really cute and sea view was really excellent
Price was high since later we found similar facilities for less money.
Great central location with nice view of the Neos Marmaras port.
Room was cleaned daily.
Music from some disco in the area was very disturbing up until 4AM every single day (it seemed to be extra loud in the weekend). So if you are a light sleeper this might be problematic. Fortunately our apartment also had a room on the interior side of the building where it was much more quiet.
This is a very nice location in Neos Marmaras. You have the vibe of the little town just outside the front door - and the staff was very helpful anf friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏🏼
One could consider establishing a lounge area on the roof. The space and wonderful view is there 😀
We had an amazing time in this perfect apartment. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is very clean what is most important for me, there was shower gel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryer etc. Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The location is close to everything, and with amazing view. Housekeepers are very kind, they changed our bed sheets and towels every day.
The location is great, it is in the center where you can have a nice walk around at night. Though they do not have a parking space, you can easily park in the port next to hotel and which is 4 to 5 mn walk away. The staff are nice and friendly
But our room/mini apt was less than a 2 star hotel, so old with no view, old fridge and kitchenette, the smallest bathroom I ever saw.. uncomfortable beds and pillows. So was not worth the money we paid for and I would not go there again. Maybe they have renovated other parts of the hotel so you need to check before. This is my advise. But for us, believe we paid a lot a much less what is expected
Great location with an amazing view of the pier. There is parking close by even though the place doesn't provide one. It was comfortable with a big terrace and there was cleaning staff daily. Photos are from room 1.
The wall between our terrace and the neighbours was quite low and did not provide a lot of privacy.
Perfect location in town centre and clean.
