İşletme sahibinin üzgünlüğünü ifade edip ücret iadesi yapması .Umarım bu tür mağduriyetleri yaşatmamak için gerekli önlemleri alırlar.

Cons:

Otele yerleştik akşam yemeği ve klüpden döndüğümüzde odamıza giden koridor kapısının kitlenmiş olduğunu gördük.Bize verilen anahtarlar içerisinde bu kapıyı açan anahtar yoktu.Gecenin 2 sinde kimseye ulaşamadık.İşletmecilere irtibat numaralarına ulaşmadık polisi aradık onlar da ulaşamadı.Arabamızda kalmak zorunda kaldık.Çok kötü bir deneyimdi.İşletmecinin böyle bir şeyi öngörüp oda anahtarı ile koridor anahtarını da vermeyi akıl etmesi gerekirdi.

Pros:

Konum harikaydı. Merkeze 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark yok ama biz evin karşısında her zaman park edecek yer bulabildik. Binada asansör yok 2 kat yukarı çıktık. Balkon manzarası muhteşemdi. Yataklar rahattı. Temizlik çok iyiydi. 2 günde bir odayı temizlemeye geliyorlardı. Personel güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Öncelikle ev baya küçüktü. 2 farklı oda var fakat odanın birisi amerikan mutfak gibi, yani 1 odanın kapısı var fakat mutfaklı olan kısımda kapı olmadığı için mahremiyet açısından biraz sorun yaratıyor. Bavulları koyduktan sonra hareket çok kısıtlı kalıyor. Mutfaktaki eşyalar ancak ucu ucuna yeterli. Tavalar çizik, çatal kaşık eski. Biraz daha yeni eşyalar alınsa çok daha iyi olurdu. Mutfak o kadar küçük ki bir şeyler yapmak zor oluyor. Yine de 4 günlük bir tatilde idare edilebilecek düzeyde. Tuvalet çok küçük. Özellikle kiloluysanız klozete oturmak çok zor. klozetin hemen önünde lavabo ve yan tarafında duş var duş perdesi sürekli kolunuza değiyor. duş alırken yerler ıslanıyor.

We loved our stay, and definitely consider it as a place to stay on our next trip to Neos Marmaras
Pros:

It was very clean, great location, spacious room, nice and friendly staff

Cons:

The bathroom can use a little update and the main bed was a little uncomfortable-the mattress was dented. But it wasn’t bad so that you can’t sleep

Recomand această cazare, a fost totul foarte bine
Pros:

Proprietatea are camere drăguț amenajate, curate și cu view la mare de pe balcon. Au aer condiționat în cameră dar nu au plasă de țânțari la ușa de la balcon.

Cons:

Nu avea plasă de țânțari la ușa de la balcon. Proprietatea este puțin cam departe de plajă, se fac vreo 15-20 minute pe jos.

Pros:

Изключително чисто. Бельото се сменяше всеки ден. Катерина /собственичката/ е прекрасна,усмихната и лъчезарна.
Паркираше се спокойно пред хотела . Не беше нужно да обикаляме да търсим паркинг. Центъра беше на 5 мин. пеша.
Цената - Посрещане,чистота,гледка и локация - просто няма,какво да кажа . 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
Препоръчвам с две ръце.❤️

Pros:

Хареса ни местоположението, близо да центъра със заведенията и магазинчетата. Горе долу по средата на двата плажа. Персонала беше много отзивчив и любезен. Хареса ни гледката

Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia e le sue spiagge
Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino al centro,a bar ristoranti e servizi,ma in zona silenziosa e dove si riposa benissimo.
Valore aggiunto,la pulizia dell'appartamento e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola come in un ottimo hotel.
Struttura veramente OK.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Very nice and clean.
The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
Its only a walking distance to the town centre but you need a car to go to the beach which is about 8 min drive because of the hills in Neos Marmaras
It’s a great place for a family of 4, has 2 rooms and 2 balconies.
