Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia e le sue spiagge
Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino al centro,a bar ristoranti e servizi,ma in zona silenziosa e dove si riposa benissimo.
Valore aggiunto,la pulizia dell'appartamento e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola come in un ottimo hotel.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Very nice and clean.
The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
Its only a walking distance to the town centre but you need a car to go to the beach which is about 8 min drive because of the hills in Neos Marmaras
It’s a great place for a family of 4, has 2 rooms and 2 balconies.

Clean and friendly staff. Location is a 10 min walk from the center.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t reach our room. Barely any signal as well. Room had no iron. When asked for one it was said it would arrive in 1 hour. We had 2 towels, new ones were not provided after cleaning the next day.

Возможно позднее заселение до 22.00. Белье чистое, кровать удобная, Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

За такую цену Номер совершенно не соответствует. Номер старый, требует ремонта. Поэтому ощущение, что не очень чисто.
Не работает плита, поэтому приготовить еду мы не смогли. Чайника в номере нет. Капсулы для кофе за дополню плату.
В ванной вся вода льется на пол и вытекает в комнату.

Pleasant stay with kind hosts and good location, though the place could use some updates
Pros:

The place offers good value for money and met our basic needs for a short stay. The location is a strong point — very convenient and with a nice view.
The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Their helpful attitude made the overall experience pleasant and positive.
While there’s room for improvement in some areas, we’re grateful for the hospitality and the effort to make us feel comfortable.

Cons:

Even though it's clear that the place is regularly cleaned and maintained, it does feel a bit worn and would benefit from some updates. The bathroom, in particular, could use improvement — it's quite dated, and the shower doesn't have a holder, which makes it inconvenient to use. The mattress also felt old and uneven, which affected comfort.
It would also be helpful to add a mosquito net to the door, especially for guests who prefer to sleep with the door open — there were some insects, which made that difficult.
Overall, we appreciated the effort to keep the place in order, but with a few upgrades, it could offer a much better experience.
