Το καλύτερο δωμάτιο
Pros:

Καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο με γεμάτο παροχές και άνεση. Το προσωπικό δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου και ήταν φουλ ευγενέστατο. Το πρωινό τέλειο με πολλές διαφορετικές επιλογές❤️❤️❤️

Ολα ήταν πολύ ωραία! Η Αγγελική ήταν εξυπηρετικότατη, ευγενέστατη και πολύ φιλική. Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο, ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και καθαριζόταν καθημερινά. Τέλος υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό το οποίο ετοίμαζαν καθημερινά και όλα ήταν φρέσκα (και νόστιμα)!

Cons:

The hotel room has a unpleasant smell of the sewer, we had to always keep the window door open, but the street was also too loud. The corridor also has a unventilated smell. I think the host tried to cover it with some aromatherapy but to me it made the smell even worse especially when I return the building in the night. The breakfast was acceptable, but the pancake was too dry, it seems they are not freshly made.

Pros:

Modernes, luxuriös ausgestattetes Appartement mit eigenem Whirlpool auf der großen Terrasse. Eigene Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln werden jeden Tag vom Housekeeping nachgefüllt), Wasserkocher und kleiner Kühlschrank. Das große Bett ist mit hochwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet. Schöner kleiner Pool im ruhigen Innenhof. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer eingenommen. Die Gastgeberin Angie ist unglaublich herzlich, zuvorkommend und wirklich jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.

Cons:

Wer lärmempfindlich ist, dem sei ein Appartement zum Innenhof hin empfohlen. Die Hauptstraße, an der das Gebäude liegt, ist sehr belebt und insbesondere am Wochenende dient sie den einheimischen jungen Männern als Rennstrecke mit ihren getunten Autos und Motorrädern als Rennstrecke.

A great place to stay
Pros:

Location excellent. Apartments very clean and modern with AC. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Angie the receptionist was exceptional, providing us with info on the area, and places to go. She is definitely an asset to xSuites and so friendly, as all the people we met were. A lovely resort, beautiful beach and food and Chania which is definitely worth a visit too. Bus to Chania only €2... We will definitely be back.

Cons:

Our apartment (Lydia suite) was on ground floor facing onto street which could be a bit noisy. We thought too we wouldn't have privacy on balcony but it was shielded from street with privacy glass, so no one from outside could look in which was good.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und bot viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders der schöne Balkon und der Whirlpool luden zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Man kann an der Strasse kostenlos parken und es gibt eine Bus Haltestelle nicht weit vom Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat total ausgereicht, ansonsten sind in der Umgebung auch einige Cafés in denen man frühstücken kann. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel :)

A Relaxing Stay at X Suites – Nefeli Room with Jacuzzi

We spent 8 nights at X Suites in Agia Marina, Crete, staying in the Nefeli room—and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was immaculately clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with a spacious outdoor terrace facing the main road and a private jacuzzi that quickly became our favorite feature. Especially on windy days when swimming in the sea was prohibited by strict lifeguards, the jacuzzi was a perfect alternative for relaxation.

The hotel itself is small and intimate, with only a handful of rooms, which meant the shared spaces never felt crowded. There’s a communal pool that, while not large, offered enough space and comfort for a refreshing dip.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home.

Cons:

Breakfast is somewhat limited, with only a few options available, so we often chose to enjoy breakfast or lunch at one of the many beach bars nearby. The location makes this easy and enjoyable.

If I were to mention any downsides, they would be minor: the right-hand faucet in the bathroom was loose, and after each cleaning, the power in the room was reset, which unfortunately left drinks in the fridge warm. Still, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent stay.

We had a great stay at Xsuites, staff was really nice but 5 star is overrated.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room was spacious, luxurious and clean, perfectly working airco . Staff very helpful and friendly. As far as accommodation is concerned, we have very few remarks. Also very quiet, no street noise so very relax. The pool area is very small through, it looked a lot bigger on the pictures, only 1,25m deep which is not really a pool for adults. The pool area was pleasant, but temperatures rose high because it was completely enclosed.

Cons:

For a 5 star Hotel we expected a lot more from the breakfast. We spend 10 days at X Suites and the breakfast was always the same and very limited choice. Quality of the food was also not top. It looked more like 2 or 3 star breakfast. Anyone can open a plastic bag of bread and croissants. There are only 6 suites in the hotel so we understand you cannot foresee a huge breakfast but at least you can ensure top quality like fresh bread, variety of eggs, local products maybe and more fresh fruit. The bacon for example was more cooked than baked so not very appetizing. The offer of alternative dairy for example (like soy or oat) was not available (only full fat Greek yogurt). Almost no cereals (2 varieties but also not presented nicely, not appealing). The poor breakfast brings down the whole experience. If we would have known, we would not have paid extra for this and would have taken breakfast outside the hotel (which we also did on the last day). It's a pity because if you raise the quality of the breakfast you would really have that 5 star experience.
