An absolutely wonderful stay!
Pros:

White Swan Hotel is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in Rethymnon and this is our third vacation in this town. We had the most comfortable, welcoming and relaxing stay here. And this is thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception desk who were so friendly and genuine caring and kind to us. The room we stayed in was spacious, with lots of natural light, modern and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The room was cleaned daily and the building was in very good condition and well looked after. We felt very safe staying here. Location wise… excellent place. Close to the beach,to all the shops, supermarkets, coffeeshops and we loved the local bakery for fresh bread and pastries in the morning.
We will definitely consider coming back to White Swan in future and recommend it to everybody who wants to visit Rethymnon .

Cons:

We have nothing negative to say about this property! For us everything was perfect!

Aangenaam verblijf, goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, hielp ons met het plannen van een tripje, en regelende taxi en bus voor onze terugrit naar het vliegveld.

Cons:

1 avond werkte de deur niet dus konden we niet in het Hotel. We belden en na 15 min stond er wel iemand om te helpen, waarschijnlijk was de elektriciteit even uitgevallen dus dit lag niet echt aan hun.

Exceptional, the staff went over and above for us, the facilities were exemplary and the stay was 5 star!!!

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα
Pros:

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία, έχοντας τα πάντα δίπλα. Λίγα λεπτά μακριά είναι και η παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου. Οι ιδιοκτήτες αλλά και το προσωπικό του καταλύματος, ήταν όλοι εξαιρετικοί.

Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr modern, stilvoll und sauber. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist in 2 min am Strand und in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Der kleine Garten auf dem Dach war super, um entspannt in den Tag zu starten.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte noch etwas besser sein können. Es gab leider kein Messer für Obst und Gemüse und keine Schneidebretter oder ähnliches. Auch gab es leider nur relativ wenig Besteck. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im White Swan Hotel. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich von den freundlichen Damen am Empfang begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und auch der Balkon bot viel Platz. Die kleine Küche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, aber sie machte einen gut ausgestatteten Eindruck. Besonders schön war der Poolbereich auf dem Dach mit bequemen Liegen – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen, auch wenn das Wasser Mitte Oktober schon recht frisch war (der Pool ist nicht beheizt). Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit rund 44 € pro Person und Nacht absolut.

Cons:

Ein paar kleine Nachteile gibt es dennoch:
Das Parken gestaltet sich schwierig. Wir hatten Glück, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden, allerdings ist dieser sehr eng – laut anderen Bewertungen kam es dort wohl schon häufiger zu kleineren Lackschäden. Bei uns ging alles gut, aber man sollte vorsichtig sein.
Im Badezimmer wäre eine bessere Abtrennung der Dusche wünschenswert, da beim Duschen schnell das halbe Bad – inklusive Toilette – unter Wasser steht.

Friendly staff, great location, highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and chatty and really made our experience even better! The location is great and the hotel was very comfortable. Though parking is tight we were always able to make it work!

Cons:

The only minor thing is we would have preferred to have a blanket on our beds. This might just be a personal preference. But they gave us an extra sheet when we asked.

Really friendly staff and ideal location, very happy with our stay
Pros:

Very clean, good location, modern

Cons:

Not enough parking but that’s understandable due to the area. The shower is open so the water gets everywhere, not ideal but not a major issue we just asked for extra towels to wipe it up and they were provided
