Bohužel, snídaně se nekonala

Byli jsme se vším moc spokojeni, ocenili jsme kvalitní matrace a lůžkoviny, personál velmi milý. Naše patro bylo zrovna v rekonstrukci, ale ve vší čistotě, nám to nevadilo, měli jsme 2 pokoje.

Cons:

V informacích i při rezervaci pokojů je všude psáno POKOJ SE SNÍDANÍ! Na pokoj sice zde byla sleva, ale stále info, že je pokoj se snídaní v textu. Chtěli jsme to pohodlí a schválně vybírali ubytovaní vč.snídaně. Až na hotelu nám bylo řečeno, že v pátek a v neděli je restaurace zavřená a snídaně nebude. Kvůli tomu byl prý pokoj se slevou. Tak taková sleva to opravdu nebyla a ani to není nikde zmíněno a dnes jsem schválně tuto informaci hledala. Je to ta nejposlednější věta dole na stránce. Ani u otevírací doby restaurace toto není zmíněno. Při každé rezervaci - dnes jsem to zkoušela znovu - na vás svítí zeleně napsáno pokoj se snídaní! Toto bylo velké zklamání, jsme v cestování omezeni, a když už 1x za rok někam vyjedeme, tak si to chceme užít. Není to stížnost na hotel nebo personál, ale na špatně nastavené informace.

Bijzonder gastvrij en gezellig hotel.
Pros:

wij hadden per ongelijk een week later geboekt. Toen wij dus 1 week te vroeg aankwamen was het hotel gesloten. Via telefoon contact 2 kamers gekregen. De volgende ochtend had (ondanks van onze kant een verkeerde datum geboekt) de hotelmedewerker nog een lekker ontbijt voor ons geregeld. Super bedankt.
