Mir ist beim Buchen ,zur einen Missverständnis gekommen von meine Seite,wollte mit dass Personal von Hotel reden um dies zur klären,war sehr unfreundlich,hat mich gar nicht zu gehört,leider war ich sehr enttäuscht.Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht so wie es meine Gäste sich gewünscht haben.

Decent but not extraordinary
Pros:

Good location, quite and nice

Cons:

Its hard to get extra stuff for the room. Like toilet paper and towel. Have to wait till next morning and even then the person at front desk ignored me.
Additionally, after the stay, my friend who stayed in the same room as me, developed many red spot on her back(suspected it to be bed bugs). Please look into the hygiene and cleanliness of the room.

Die Unterkunft ist billig. Jedoch muss man bei diesem Preis, ein paar Abschläge in Kauf nehmen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war OK und das Personal sehr nett😉👍

Cons:

Ein riesen Fleck am Teppich, mitten im Zimmer.
Ein 1,90 großer Mensch, kann sich nur seitlich auf die Toilette setzen 😌
Ob alle Toiletten so gebaut sind, ist nicht bekannt.
Die Matratze ist mir persönlich, viel zu weich, aber das ist ansichtssache🙏

Lovely place with lovely people!
Pros:

The hotel is located in center, near nice restaurants and coffee shops like Schubert. The train station is less than 10min from the hotel, so you can take a quick trip to Vienna comfortably (and getting the week pass for about 70 euro also allows for access to transit to all of Vienna as well as the train ride to and from Vienna and St Polten). Got a nice spacious room with a double bed as well for a single person. Also the shower was clean and during the day you didn’t have to wait for the water to heat up (sometime after 10pm you might have to wait a minute). Lastly, it’s pretty much all self check in and out, so if that’s important for someone then this place, even though old, accommodates to that very well.

Cons:

Because the hotel is old, a lot of the facilities may be funky. With the bathroom light switch you had to press really hard to turn it on or the elevator on the base floor sometimes didn’t sense people walk in and would close on a person so you just had to be a little careful. Also the breakfast is very limited and the same every day, which could be a good or bad thing.
