Excellent place very friendly staff and a great spa
Drinks are a little expensive. And not the greatest guinness. But cocktail were excellent
Great time for my partners birthday and would love to come again
Nothing
Had a lovely time at the Rabbit Hotel. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming. Rooms were fab and myself and my partner really enjoyed the clay ritual experience. The only minor problem was that we could not find the remote of our TV.
I went with 3 friends and stayed in the attic XL room. We were very impressed with the spa. Although it’s smaller than the Galgorm, it’s less busy and enjoyed the fact it was much quieter. The room was beautiful and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We had a lovely breakfast. We loved it so much that we paid for a late check out until 1pm so we could spend longer in the spa. We left feeling very relaxed.
We love the Rabbit! We genuinely cannot fault this place. Apart from the weather we’ve experienced each time we’ve come (cold and rainy), the hot pool and private baths make up for all of it! We’ve had massages there once and this is vital to book weeks in advance (sadly why we only got to experience it once so far), but we will be back in this little haven and cannot wait. The food is lovely, the cocktails always on point, and the atmosphere around the place is always so serene, chilled and exactly what you want when you just want to get away.
See you soon!
I loved my stay here. It's just like heaven. Fantastic ❤️
Well we got a chicken dish for dinner with white wine sauce and it was not that. It was more like wl chicken gravy. 😕
The spa an everyone was very friendly
Prices of drinks also wouldn't recommend staying on front of the road could hear the traffic all night didn't sleep well beds weren't comfy then again I don't like hard mattresses other than that had a great time
A lovely hotel for a short break
We stayed here as a birthday treat and were immediately upgraded to a beautiful room. The location is perfect as it's not to far from home. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel and outside spa area, wasn't too busy as it was a week day stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A clay treatment and 3 course meal was included in our stay. The food was delicious. Great value. Highly recommended 🐰🐇
Everything
My partner and I first stayed here in January 2026 - his first spa experience and loved it so much we stayed again in February!
We had a few drinks on arrival with a friendly and chatty bar man. We headed to the spa facilities then which was unreal! We had the clay ritual as part of our package - for anyone who is apprehensive about it - do it! Our skin was soft for days after it!
We had dinner in the hotel that night - food and service was excellent.
Buffet style continental breakfast with a really good range of options and then hot food to order too.
We stayed both times midweek as it suited with our schedules but there was still a really nice atmosphere!
We will be back again the first excuse we have!
Horrible experience at the rabbit hotel.... paid £515 for the luxury room with private hot tub. The room is right beside the hotel heating system and is very noisy! We couldn't even use the hot tub as the heating system is located right beside it.... the noise is defining but the hotel management say it is acceptable and no refund was offered. . Absolute disgrace.... i made a video of the noise, here is the link. Dont give these crooks your money. The room itself is quite small and snacks have to be paid for... no dinner was included in the price. At £515 it is not worth the money at all
the Rabbit is such an amazing hotel! It was so clean, the atmosphere was amazing and the vibe was great, the spa was beautiful and had the nicest drinks, room was stunning, i expected the snug to be smaller than it was i was so delighted. We got the getaway package and had a gorgeous bottle of bubbly in the room and they left chocolates and a card for my partner whose birthday it was. I would recommend the Rabbit to anyone and i look forward to returning. Special thank you to Anna Rose, Lauren and Niamh who were so friendly, fun and welcoming. A real credit!
