Un accueil bien préparé, un service de grand standing, un environnement moderne et confortable.
Pros:

Le standing qui mérite bien ses 4 étoiles, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, les plats dignes d'un grand restaurant.

Cons:

Rien ne m'a déçu. Pour un 4 étoiles, c'est du haut standing.

Schöne Auszeit
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Das Zimmer war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Spa-Bereich ist gemütlich, sauber und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Essen war rundum überzeugend – frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam war. Die Lage an der Steffisalpe ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen – perfekt, um direkt vor der Hoteltür loszulegen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wer erst gegen 9:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, findet leider nicht mehr die volle Auswahl an Brötchen und süßen Teilchen vor. Hier wäre ein etwas längeres Nachfüllen wünschenswert.

Wirklich tolles Hotel für guten Preis und Service
Pros:

Zimmer war groß und sehr schön und hochwertig (Eichenboden, Bad, Bett) ausgestattet mit freiem Blick ins Tal und Berge. Frühstück und Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlichund hilfsbereit. Wr kommen wieder. Auch der Wellnessbereich war modern und Großzügig mit tollem Blick.

Ein schöner entspannter Wander- und Wellness Urlaub 🤩
Pros:

Es hat alles gepasst, vom Essen, Ambiente, Personal bis hin zum Wellness, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren zu sechst unterwegs 🙋‍♂️

Cons:

Die Preise für die Getränke sind auch aussergewöhnlich 🙈 - hat uns vom trinken aber nicht abgehalten. In der Bar gibts nur kleine Bier - die großen würden sonst abstehen 😅

wenn es schon feste plätze beim frühstücken gibt, dann markiert sie auch. müssen ja nicht „handtücher“ sein ;) … dann braucht man nicht „umzuziehen“, weil jemand meint, man hätte auf seinem stühlchen gesessen….
bei den letzten beiden hotels hatten sie kleine aufsteller vorbereitet.

הצוות מאוד שירותי ואדיב. המיקום מעולה, המלון חדש ומתוחזק, ספא- סאונה עם נוף מדהים, קיבלנו כרטיס אוטובוס ורכבל בחינם, היה כיף לעלות ברכבל ולראות את הנוף מלמעלה.

ארוחת בוקר לא בשיא.
