Top locatie maar het hotel zelf is erg basic en teleurstellende keuken
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig en ook het ontbijt is lekker en uitgebreid. Ook een fijne spa.

Cons:

Zonder teveel een Karen te zijn, is er een hele lijst aan teleurstellingen: het avondeten was een grote teleurstelling want er zat geen smaak aan en was vaak erg zuur. We werden elke ochtend tussen 0600-0700 wakker van de sneeuwschuivers en ander lawaai van de parkeerplaats van de skilift, terwijl we om een rustige kamer hadden gevraagd. Het personeel komt allemaal uit Azië, wat niet erg is, maar spreekt geen woord Engels waardoor er veel miscommunicatie ontstond. De Oostenrijkers die er waren, spraken overigens ook geen Engels. De kamer was erg basic met geen mogelijkheid om een kop thee of koffie te zetten. Deze moet je dus kopen voor €5. Het is een relatief duur hotel als je kijkt naar de kwaliteit die je ervoor terug krijgt.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, nette Zimmer und schöner Spa Bereich. Auch das Abendessen hat überzeugt, toller Service, hochwertige Menüs. Traumhafte Lage direkt neben dem Schilift. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt über Weihnachten mit der Familie.

Cons:

Es würde die Ankunft noch angenehmer gestalten wenn ein Mitarbeiter beim Tragen der Schi in den Schikeller behilflich wäre. Dennoch waren wir trotz des nicht ganz günstigen Preises (5 köpfige Familie, 4 Nächte, 6.000€+) sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein rundum gelungenes Paket: die Lage direkt am Lift ist perfekt, die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Platz, um das Ski-Equipment zu verstauen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und die Menüs am Abend sind ausgesprochen lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls einladend mit einem Pool, 2 Saunen, einem Dampfbad und genügend Liegemöglichkeiten.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert!
